Liverpool were awful.

Over the last couple of years they've featured in more of the most boring games I've seen than any other club.

Too true, I though Hodgson might sort them out but it looks like it is going to take him some time to sort it out.

Seven consecutive draws now between that pair. A new record apparently.

Maybe there should be some kind of limited edition commemorative plate to mark the historic occasion

I was watching both, there's plenty of time between balls to watch a bit of football.

It beat the previous record of six. Between Aston Villa and West Ham United.

Early days but looking to me the top 3 are still easily a cut above the rest and below third it will be very open this season.

Top two for definite. Although Berbatov is finally looking like a £20 mil pound striker, at the moment everything good is coming through Scholes. They can't rely on a 34yo all season. And away from home they have let in silly last minute goals and dropped four points so far against opposition they should be beating.

Indeed the last bit is true. But they lost both of these matches last season.

It's Chelsea all the way I'm afraid.

I thought Berbatov looked absolutely superb yesterday.

Like you said, they can't keep on dropping points like yesterday and Fulham.

United are a completey different team without Ronaldo. You genuinely feared for your lives when you played Man United with Ronaldo because you know he could completely destroy your defence whenever he wanted to with him being their best player. Now, they don't look that good at all and does anyone fear them as much - relying on 35 and 36 year old players doesn't leave you quaking in your boots (albeit their veterans are still good players).
