Blues v Dippers today.

Who do you want to win?

Liverpool all day long.  I can honestly say I've never wanted that lot to win any game.  Ever.

Can they both lose?

Draw. Dislike both and a Liverpool win is bad for us as they are more likely to be in competition with us for places come the end of the season.

Who do you want to win?

A three three draw with a mass brawl resulting in massive fines and point deductions for both clubs.

Plus season curtailing injuries to Messrs Gerrard, Torres, Foster and Roger Johnson (cause he's a cock).

Too much to ask for?

I've put a fiver on Liverpool, and a pound on both Gerrard and Torres to score. I was worried that I was actually wanting Blues to get at least a draw. My desire for money will change this.

Rags all over Liverpool. I've only just noticed Gerrard is playing. Who has you can't polish a turd?

The redscouse really have become shit.  They'd be lucky to finish top 10 playing like they are.

MON has plaenty of critics for his transfers, and in many cases rightfully so. But Benitez didn't half buy some bollocks at Liverpool. Outside of 3 or 4 top players, they really are average. With all the stuff going on in the background as well, they aren't much better than what they were last year, arguably worse. If we can get settled in under Houllier and a new face or two in January, there's no reason we can't give 4th another run. Man City aren't exactly ripping it up, and Spurs have injuries and the CL will be a distraction. Outside of Chelsea, Arsenal and Man U, the next 5 positions are up for grabs and can go anywhere.

Liverpool really need to calm down. They were passing it quite nicely earlier on, but now they're playing into Blouse's hands a bit.

How inane is Tyler and Gray's conversation, by the way? They just basically said "it's good to win, isn't it?", "yep". I know it's not easy to just talk for ninety minutes, but that's still not great.

Excellent result, the best of both worlds. One point is closer to zero than it is to three, so this is the closest we could get to both losing.

Seven consecutive draws now between that pair. A new record apparently.
