Yes, that made me want to vomit.

Mancini is a really unlikeable type. I also reckon I've got about as much chance of being Man City manager come the start of next season as he has.

Lee Cattermole.

Fucking hell, is he totally brainless or is his game entirely about getting sent off?

Baggies were terrific against Spurs in the second half, real shame they didn't convert that chance at the end. By contrast, Blackburn were tremendously lucky to get that point, but both great results.

Some cracking results yesterday, but well done Blackburn for getting a point at Citeh.

For those of you who don't know, this week the local media in the North West has been full of Citeh's manager, players, directors, plus assorted hangers-on attending the premier of Blue Moon Rising

Commercial Director David Pullan is quoted as saying, "It will be a lasting testimony to one of the most exciting years in Manchester City's history."

That will be one of the years up there with the years when they've actually won trophies...

Incredulously, the film is having a national release.  They haven't attracted that many glory-hunting fans already, have they?

The whole thing is a joke.  For sure they're in the position to spend more money than everyone else put together, but they're whole off-field demeanour is of a club whose trophy cabinet is groaning like that of their city-neighbours.

He'll be gone by Christmas and his replacement will want to bring in his own players next season. Anybody see a pattern developing here?

Spurs are going to find it very hard with Modric, Defoe and Dawson out for a while.

Who will play at centre back? King is made of glass, Woodgate isn't in their 25, Gallas always looks unfit and Bassong looks iffy to me.

you know when football managers talk about problems that are 'nice problems to have'. I dont think this is a good example

Kaboul's still there. It's not really the end of the world for them, playing Gallas and Kaboul with Bassong and Corluka in reserve while having King, Woodgate and Dawson out injured.

Probably the best overall collection of centre-halves in the league.
