So Spurs don't get into the Europa League but Celtic who failed to get through the previous round do?

Surely that's not right.

No they drop to the Europa league!

I must have got it wrong. There was some new rule about payers not being cup-tied but it only appied if the club we're eliminated.

I want Spurs to go through, can't see what so many people have against them. They finished fourth fair and square by picking up great results at the end of the season, maybe did the league a favour in keeping City out for at least a season, have a lot of good young players and play decent football.

Also if they can get in and do reasonably well I'd feel a lot more confident about our chances.

We should have signed Pavlyuchenko in January. Quality player.

It was but he needed to atone for his hospital ball that led to the second Boyz II Men goal.

Americans know about the Swiss outfit?  Marvellous.  Blatter must be proud of himself.

Just caught a glimpse of the Express sports page, and the press still manage to make Rednapp a footballing genius after last night's game despite Spurs losing and being humiliated in the first half. Baffling.

The conquerers of Celtic are now beating Seville 1-0. The scorer sucked on a dummy during the celebrations. Euggh I hope he didn't get that out of his shorts.

I really hate spurs fans they are so arrogant and every time i speak to one they always try too cunger up a reason as too why they are a bigger club than us, always reffering to us winning the EC

I dislike Spurs fans too; infact I've only come across 1 Spurs fan who actually seemed 'normal' and a nice person who didn't big up Spurs constantly, saying how great they are in the classic arrogant and cocky swagger. I met this 1 guy last year in a pub genuinely thinking Spurs would win the league just because they were top of the league after 1 or 2 games... embarrassing. I always enjoy knocking them down a peg or two when I tell them Villa are a more succesful club than Spurs and that there 2 UEFA Cups have nothing on our European Cup ;)
