Heard Liverpool have bid for Luke Young

Good choice. It's what I'd do in Roy's situation. Get L. Young as a stop gap on the cheap as he's a good all round right back and move Johnson to the wing.

Good call

and as they dont have a left back, he can cover there too

so he's going to change post codes but ultimately end up doing exactly the same thing? A reserve RB sometimes playing as a LB.

I don't suppose he cares as long as he's away from the Villa

I'm telling you, Albrighton is the man.

Well, one of several.

Do you think they can cut it at prem level?

No as I stated he'd be a short term solution at right back if they try Glen Johnson on the wing. I mean being able to defend is a big thing for a full back and Johnson cannot do it.

I don't think they'll play their 20 million pound full back on the wing. He's also currently the England full back and he'll want to play in his natural position. Especially now as everyone is under the microscope.

However much they offer, it will be a bargain for them.
Good enough for Liverpool but not for Villa...oh dear.

Not being a great Luke fan, I would take it as a sign of how far they have fallen actually...

I'll never understand MON's treatment of Luke Young. One of the best right backs I've seen at villa.

Some of them, I would say so. Maybe as many as 5 or 6.
