Kings Heath had one a few years back. We are probably about as known for hurricanes as we are for rugby league...

Pssst, not sure that there are that many wolves in Warrington, and possibly even fewer dragons in Perpignan! :)

Well, the dragons take their name from the one that St Jordi (St George to Englishers) slew in Montblanc, Catalonia to save the damsel so you are right there.

Catalans have dropped off a cliff and are now outside the playoff places. Their last two fixtures are against the worst teams so they should pick up four points. Will it be enough?

Meanwhile, at the top, Wigan edge KR in a close one Friday night. Would be great to see a new name on the trophy but I fear it will be one of the usual suspects again.

Midlands Hurricanes win their first ever playoff game. Three more wins needed for promotion to second tier.

Playoffs are set, BE's Dragons miss out.

3 Warrington v St Helens 6
4 Salford v Leigh 5

1 Wigan play lowest ranked team left.
2 Hull KR play highest ranked team left.

Come on anyone but Wigan and Saints.

No relegation is ridiculous.

There's some talk of having different category sides, so that only some can be relegated.

It's like they're trying to kill off the Super League.

There's some more about it here. Hull have been absolutely awful all season but were relatively comfortable they wouldn't go down. As it happens, they didn't finish bottom anyway. Lots of unknowns about the new system. RL is in a state of perpetual revolution seemingly.

In Golden Point too. Was 0-0 after 80 mins.

Super League PR will be delighted.
