I'm sure the first game will be moved to the Sunday because of the Europa League game the previous Thursday.

That is guaranteed to be changed to 14 February so I get another romantic valentines day freezing to death watching football.

Meaningless of course until they have re-arranged all the fixtures. I made the mistake a year or two ago of writing them all into my diary when first announced, only to have to change almost every one. West Ham won't be easy with a new manager and given our difficulty in breaking such teams down last season - which I hope the coaching staff are working on over the summer....

Jon just phoned me about the fixtures and said the new July to June diaries should arrive today and I could put the fixtures in.  I said 'no way' these fixtures just tell us the order in which the games will be played not the actual dates.
