Why Villains and not Villans
« on: June 12, 2010, 03:49:48 PM »
Why do various groups, like london, lichfield, potteries etc use the villains with an i spelling, instead of villans no i ? While I understand people from "that there london" mainly speak ingerlish faw cants, lichfield and stoke are near enough civilisation, Birmingham (tory MP free since 97,soon to be fucked a tory government again) home of God's own football club, to know better.

Some London-based Villans manage to spell Villans correctly

While we're generalising, why can't people from Birminum learn to put a space after a comma? and spell place names with a capital letter?

I didn't spell london with a capital letter, because I knew it would annoy at least one cockney sparrow, who'd have to moan about it, sure enough it did ! Birninum ? Bazza Fry innit , Daisy Sullivan, Kazza Brady ! Punctuation lessons from a suvner ??**%£$"!, strike me down with Randy Lerner's wallet. Madam, you are no gentleman ! but a bounder and a cad and possibly a colon, semi or otherwise. Dominus Vobiscum.

He's mad. He's madder than Mad Jack McMad. Winner of last year's Mr Madman competition.

No way.  Lions is a boring nickname and as common as muck.  Villans has a bit of individuality about it.  It's ten times better.
