LeBron goes back to Cleveland

Could this be an omen foretelling the return of Jimmy Milner to the Villa?

Yes, in Cleveland at least.

Some people in Miami are probably a bit pissed off but its the type of place that'll always be able to recruit free-agents. Whereas, in the case of Cleveland you've either got to be from the area or offered a shed-load of money to go there.

Bad leg break tonight, I have only seen pics but if you are a bit queezy avoid it. The player was Paul George and I hope he makes a quick recovery.

That was a full Joe Thiesmann snap.

The Philadelphia 76'ers finally won a game to rise to the heady heights of 1 and 17 this season and avoid a record-tying 18th loss to start a season

Phew. I was having visions of another 1972-73 season unfolding. We had the misfortune to attend most of the home games that year.

This must be the only basketball thread on earth not talking about March Meh-dness.

I don't think I can hate college basketball more than I already do....such a load of contrived, over-hyped crap.

Normally I take a passing interest and have a bracket. However this year I'm way behind on my US sports podcasts and I didn't watch any pre-madness games. Therefore I didn't do a bracket.

I've been seeing plenty of photos/reports from friends on Facebook who have been at games but haven't watched any of the games on TV.

I did check ESPN this morning to see who made the Final Four. I see that Kentucky is still on course for a perfect season.

Dook win the title.

I wish that their coach would pronounce his name at least vaguely like its spelling.
