spot on third division days yellow kit ,some of my greatest memories following the villa away & filling three quarters of the ground breaking attendance records where ever we played .

Does anyone remember the boos ringing round the ground when we first used it in a pre season friendly against the Italian U21's?? When the Villa walked onto the pitch everyone assumed it was the opposition!!

Yes, he joined in 1994, Barrett in 1995.

Before then I can't remember Everton having many black players.

Those checks look horrendous on a home shirt. The away shirt could be a belter with them though.

Black away kit would be nice. I like the 3rd kit we had years ago and never wore it.

It's not as good as a sewiek design, but I can live with something different. I would have liked the checks on the away kit instead, but I don't think it's that bad.

That badge still looks wrong. The checks are horrible too. Just leave the bloody thing as Claret body, blue sleeves and no cheap gimmicks.
