Not a bad shout that.  His doosra seems to fox Test class batsmen (English ones anyway) so he could clean up at a county level. I'd say he's probably on a par with Tahir with the bat.

Him and Owais Shah would be a decent pair of signings.

Fantastic work from the Bears to bowl Somerset out for 199, from 176 for 3 and cruising.

Five wickets for Tahir - including a leg-side wide stumping from Richard Johnson, one of the smartest bits of keeping you'll ever see.

So, exactly 5 an over to win.

Just got back from golf an hour or two or go (very average), and have received texts from some of the lads. Seems like they are having a good time.

Tight finish I reckon. We need Belly to bat through............YOU BEARS!!!!!

Best one day innings I've seen this season.  Bell gave a masterclass.  22 needed off 3 and Bell's disgusted with himself for not winning it in one over.

Absolutely chuffed to bits for the Bears.  Been a real struggle for them for much of the season but in the one dayers they've managed to throw the shackles off and enjoy themselves.

Obviously Bell and Tahir were the matchwinners but I was impressed with the contributions of Rikki Clarke and especially Jim Troughton - he's had an awful year with the bat but he managed somehow to stick in there with Bell when we were rocking.

Great stuff and added to staving off relegation really gives Giles something to build on for next year.  Brilliant.

Outstanding from Bell and Tahir and your right Hilts, Troughton and Clarke were useful with the bat and all the other bowlers chipped in too, was impressed when Kieswetter congratulated Bell. The way Bell took that 20+ off that over was stunning

Well done the Bears. Nice to be  winning trophies again. Do feel a bit sorry for Somerset this season being so close on 3 and winning nothing.

Great performance by Bell and at times he really outhought Trescothick.

He seems to have taken to captaincy really well and is is great form.

YOU BEARS!!
