And now we need the yorkies to do us a favour and blast Kent away over the next four days. I feel dirty just saying that but needs must!

Nah, no need to worry about what Yorkshire do, we'll stuff Hampshire anyway.
Hants 42/3 Maddy has two wickets.

Two points got, seven to go to be sure of avoiding relegation.
Assuming, as looks likely, that both ourselves and Kent get maximum bowling bonus points, we would need to score 250 in our first innings to ensure that a draw would be good enough. We could still stay up with a loss, but it might be nerve-wracking.

Crap start for Yorkshire this morning - they're now 207/8.
Warks 11/0, early on.

We had a torrential downpour here in Bournemouth, so there is probably not much chance of 2 full days play.
With Kent being 210/6, hopefully they will get less then 350, then we will be safe with no more play.

303 all out. 5 bonus points to date and with a day left I can't see either the Bears match or the Kent game ending in anything other than a draw.
