In a way i guess, the manager's departure has put us back on a level footing. Before we were waiting for the milner money for MON to fund his signings, while they already had about 30 midfielders. Now we have no manager so there's no hurry to complete the deal. Let 'em stew....

In his press conference todya, Mancini has said that Milner deal could take at least another 2 or 3 days. Have to assume it's the Ireland deal that's holding things up.

I am getting to the stage, although Ireland is a good player, I can't be arsed with him, just let him rot at Man City. I would rather have a player that actually wants to play for us than one who is only interested in his pay-off!

I don't blame Ireland. Dunne had one so Im expecting him to have one as well. I don't know why they couldn't have sorted out all the formalities in the week then the medicals could have been done yesterday
