Its not definitely off. The guys on VT that reported he's signed are saying there's a hitch or something.
Of course it couldn't just be straightforward could it?

The problem now is whether the information we’re getting independently, based on the VT stuff or is it new? I’d hope it was recycled and that the deal is still on, with a smidgen of panic thrown in. But if not...

He's going to hopefully be stuck for hours on the M6 heading to J19. His A/C will also pack in and a bird will shite all over his windscreen. Then, as he is driving into Manchester, some burke with a trolly in the Moss Side Asda will dent his car as he waits in traffic.
