Just under three weeks left in the regular season and three of the six divisions look to be going down to the wire

AL East - Blue Jays still lead, but only by three games from the Yankees and Red Sox. The two teams that don’t win the division are still likely to make the playoffs as Wild Cards.

AL West - Astros lead the Mariners by one game, with the Rangers just another game and a half back

NL West - Dodgers lead the Padres by one game


The other three division are just about sewn up

AL Central - Tigers
NL East - Phillies
NL Central - Brewers

The Blue Jays somehow contrived to lose 20-1 at Kansas City last night. Horrific stuff. At least the Yankees lost as well.

Watched a bit of the Cubs. The way the pitcher tried his best to shit the bed probably doesn't bode well for the rest of the playoffs. Suspect it will only be one more round.
