I haven't seen the official stadium layout yet Steve.
However, my advice is always to try to get behind home plate, even if it means sitting in the upper deck.
Often seats down the line are more expensive than those high behind the plate, but offer a better view.
This will be even more noticeable at the West Ham Council House because the seats won't have been designed to point at second bases (as is the case in modern purpose built baseball stadiums)
