That's why I wouldn't have put Lester in. They may get away with it but a pitcher that can't throw to first is crazy.

If they lose this it will be all down to that change as momentum has changed. IMO as bad a decision as us leaving Pedro on in 2003.

What gets me is, if I as an, at best, enthusiastic amateur can call it beforehand regarding Lester, why can't the manager? It's as though he was determined to get Lester in.
