AFC looking a bit dull. Number one seed, three division titles and all seven playoff places all pretty much decided already. If Pittsburgh beat Baltimore this weekend there's virtually nothing to play for.

Not suprising when you've got 6 teams who range between epically and slightly shit.

This week we'll see how the Jags can lose by one score or less to the Raiders.

Mason Crosby out, Raiders should be there for the taking. It's basically Brock Bowers by himself.

I assume you mean Maxx Crosby.

Mason is a decent kicker but not really a game changer.

Hah, would be a worry if Mason Crosby was their best Defender.

Greg Gumbel has died aged 78. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/greg-gumbel-dies-cbs-sports-anchor/

A great broadcaster, always enjoyed watching him cover the NFL.

Just seen the score for the Bears last match v the Seahawks. At least it wasn't a freezing day to see no touchdowns and the scoring all done in the first half.

While the playoffs are going on, I think there should be a mini-tournament for the shit teams like of the Raiders, Patriots, Giants, Browns, Titans & Jags (I'm not putting the Bears quite at that level of ineptitude, just because they have potential at QB). Games to be played in the worst weather they can find. Make 'em suffer

I think in rugby league here a drop goal (or penalty, can't remember) used to be worth 1 point, and I remember my then local team Barrow winning a game 1-0 once.

How is Caleb doing in the most-sacked standings? Any chance of the record? And in the draft any chance of some O-liners?

Caleb sacked 67 times, David Carr had the record with 76 in the Texans' inaugural season, 2002. Only sixteen games that season, mind.

And the Packers are 12 and 5 and only third in the division. Bears need to move to an easier conference, maybe CFL would let us in?

Sugar Bowl put back a day after New Orleans attack earlier. Peach Bowl currently in overtime.
