Blackpool reminded me of something you would see at an Under 11 level, all gung home with 10 men attacking and then forgetting to run back and defend.

I don't get the love in that a lot of sides have had towards them and all this breath of fresh air bollocks.

No different to Hull and couple of years ago, got a few decent results then they get sussed and go into freefall.

Anyway thats the last we've seen of Blackpool

Over the course of 38 games though, they weren't good enough - in a league that contained some absolute dross.  They league table never lies.

I like to see clubs like Blackpool, who have never played in it before, get into the PL and have their turn.  The likes of Norwich getting promoted just feels like the usual cycle of things, so I prefer to see a Blackpool or a Barnsley as it means so much more to them.

Holloway talked in a disrespectful fashion about our club, so he can go fuck himself, but the club as a whole I'm glad they got promoted.  I also have very little sympathy with them going down as that's simply the footballing reality that they weren't good enough.

Why do the media think we have to have a second favourite club? I don't need a second favourite club and if I do I will pick it myself. Don't tell me I had to like Newcastle in the nineties or Blackpool this last twelve months. (Admittedly I developed a strong fondness for Spurs, Wigan and Wolves yesterday afternoon!)

Aye, that annoyed the life out of me as well. He was painted as this media darling, when he was anything but, in fact he was a nasty little man who spouted off about Houlliers "dodgy wicket". What twat says that?

Have a soft spot for Fulham. But that probably because it is such a pleasant day out. Proper family club as well.
