Whhhhhhen you walk
Through a storm ...

You get wet.
As much as I dislike them to see the kos on full flight sing that is decent,  I quite like the song. Shame they nicked it.

Indeed, particularly when they follow it up with The Fields of Anfield Rhodes.

Anybody know what happened in the upper Holte? Looked like it was kicking off a bit around K5.

I couldn't really see from K7 but I spoke to one of the stewards about it at half time.  A Villa fan turned up (drunk I'd guess) with his mate and there were a couple of people in their seats.  Once this was pointed out they moved immediately but he continued to kick off, kicking the seats in front of him etc.  This went on for a while and when the stewards asked him to calm down he started having a go at them.  He raised his hands at which point the police were asked to take over and he got chucked out.  When I went out for a cigarette at half time they were at the bottom of the steps with about 6 police asking them to move on.  He did his best to get himself nicked by acting like a complete bell end but they were amazingly tolerant and eventually walked away which seemed to enrage him.  Cue lots of smokers telling him he was a w*nker and singing cheerio.  That bit was quite funny.

Been away for a few days and only just caught up with this thread. Have just read through every post!

The positivity of the vast majority of it is wonderful to behold. Some of our key players have been totally transformed under Sherwood's approach and we are playing some fabulous stuff, and heading in the right direction to avoid the drop and on our way to the FA CUP final. It feels so good after all the shite we've had to put up with and that feeling comes through the words written in almost every post.
The atmosphere at VP on Saturday was brilliant - let's keep it going to the end of the season!

Also glad to read that most thought Clattenberg's performance was at best strange, at worst one-sided and convincing enough evidence for a bribery charge!
For some time I was thinking it was just me with my "we always get shit refs" tinted specs on!

Steven Gerrard - lol.
Didn't he miss a penalty ?

That's exactly why he got in. It was the comeback story of one mans failure and fall from grace from the spot, on the back of a red card at Man U and a cup semi final defeat to his heroic winning goal versus mighty QPR. A true Hollywood ending.
I am so pleased Richardson was there when John Wayne/Red Adair got his head to the ball at Wembley otherwise it would have been very painful listening to the commentators verbal  wankfest!

Delph brilliant first half, good second half, Jack is growing with every game, the Beast well he is the Beast, Cleverly wow. Keep it going Villa and Clatenburg you allowed Everton to turn back the clock, I thought I was watching Leeds in their hay day with all the off the ball stuff and deliberate consistent fouling.

and that stupid Leeds 90's style kit Everton were wearing...
