Also he managed Inter, not Milan.

Ash is exactly what Liverpool need, which is worrying.

His stock has fallen a bit too, so I don't imagine any of the bigger 3 or Citeh would want him at the moment, so Liverpool might see the chance to come calling.

I can allay your worries by saying it is by common consent they have sod all to spend which is why the quality press link them with players like Danny Murphy who will do a good job but will cost little.

However, I don't doubt Uncle Woy is interested and if they sell one of Torres or Gerrard he'll follow up that interest.
