Same old shit.
-
Piss poor from top to bottom.
-
Now give the useless bastards pelters for the remaining games.
-
Boot...
-
Just 50 league games until Villa are promoted
-
Just walked into a room and glanced on a TV screen. We have made the yellow ticker tape on Sky News. What more do we want?
-
Our fans were great.
-
It's on the Sky News ticker tape breaking news thingy.
-
Job done as far as Black is concerned. The game changed when Gestede came on yet he did very little. Makes you wonder what kind of season we would have had if we had bought a proper centre forward rather that this oaf.
-
I'm somewhat relieved tbh - although it does sound a bit weird to feel that after being relegated & losing the 9th game on the spin!
-
Like a soft turd that just flops into the bowl, and sinks beneath the water.
The chap who did it has just pulled the flush too now, and after years of sitting there, stinking the place out... we've gone.
I'm not gutted - strangely I would have been more gutted this time last year. I've gone beyond that, this has been the most woeful season I can remember, and it's just our prize for being shit from the top down.
Changes are needed and needed decisively now to avoid us sinking even lower into the sewers. Burton Albion at home anyone now???
-
A proper centre forward with Amavi and Traore feeding him. Different planet
-
It still fucking hurt to see it confirmed on the Beeb. I hat these players. I can't decide if I want them to play the rest of the season so we can let our feelings be known to them, or play the kids and start planning next season. At the moment I am so fucking angry I want to boo each and every one of the lazy wankers until I lose my voice. Arseholes. Mercenaries. Charlatans. C****s. None of them fit to represent Aston Villa.
-

Must be short of Breaking News today. Its hardly a surprise

An indelible stain to go in our history books. Bravo Randolph - please, please fall on your sword and go.

He's probably still thinking that the ransom he's been demanding to finally sod off is still realistic. God help any future sporting teams that may yet suffer the 'magic' of his reverse midas touch.
-
Another unwanted club record under Randy's watch by all accounts .Most ever away defeats in a season in the clubs history

I wouldn't wish Randy Lerner on any other sporting organisation. Those Cleveland Browns fans were 100% correct.
-
We have known its coming for months.
We have been resigned to it for weeks.
We have wanted to be put out of our misery for ages.
Is still feels fucking shit though.
-
We surrendered months ago, but that starting line up was an embarrassment.
-
"It (relegation) should never have happened but it happened in 87 aswell and the same things that were going on then at the club have been going on for the past few years" Ken McNaught
-
just seen our fans on bbc news, no cryin, just giving it plenty
massive respect to all those who travelled
thats what makes us who we are
-
Didn´t have the ´cohones´to watch it live at the local Bar so I listened to the appallingly depressing rantings of Woodwank & and the similarly dour ruminations of Ken McNaught on the Official site until I could take no more and watched the final 25 minutes, live.
We didn´t look that bad in the last quarter, Gestedt added some spice to the line , hit the post and narrowly missed with a header, ditto Clarke, Bacuna also went close ( sort of ! ).
Respect to our Fans who were class, beyond fantastic , ´chapeau´, as they say
. A couple of the players near to tears, so now they know how we have felt all season, watching them play . Loved it when they sang " lets pretend we scored a goal"
What´s done is done, no use crying etc...as someone once wrote " “Just because something good ends, doesn’t mean something better won’t begin.” ......we go again...Godzvilla!.
-
just seen our fans on bbc news
massive respect to all those who travelled
thats what makes us who we are
And why we deserve a quality Manager to get us back up. Not that Randy gives a fuck!!
-
We will follow the Villa to Rotterdam or anywhere, Liverpool or Rome but now we've got Rotherham, Rotherham at hoooooooooooome.
-
Fair play to the fans who went today. Brilliant from start to finish and a credit to the club. Oh and no crying either.
Dignified to the bitter end.
-
Still feel very melancholy, despite the writing having been daubed on the wall weeks ago.
Fuck it. The malt is going to take a battering tonight.
-
I watched the rugby in the pub and followed the Villa on here. Seemed like the right thing to do...
-
I avoided following it, went out to buy a record player, got it home and it doesn't work, sums up the day really.
-
I still hate Manu fucking Yoo. It had to be those twats didnt it.
-
Don't know what match/team you guys have been watching but Black thought we were outstanding and should have got at least a point.
Evidently Lescott wants to stay and fight if we want him.
-

Oh Lescott you twat...
-
Must confess only loosing 1-0 was a bit of a shock.
-
And it's all the fans fault evidently, sorry about the link https://twitter.com/BreatheSport/status/721376846349234176/photo/1
-
First game in a while that the opposition did not look like scoring ten
-
Lescott knows he has shit in his nest and nobody else would want him. Let him go and join Bacuna in the Champions League.
-

Eat shit Lescott you fucking wanker, someone with some bollocks please take a position at our club and remove these gormless, offensive pricks from the club. Top down, they've all been disgusting.
Get fuck face Gabby on before the end of the season for a rousing load of abuse too the fat ******. I was wrong about him, he's a massive ******.
-
With sincere apologies to anyone who may be offended by this but, ******! the lot of them.
-

That cannt be real. Surely not?
-
Well he should never play another game for the club again, then. Fuck me what a thing to say.
-
I am visiting my friends the Sisters in the Brookside convent and they agree with you Dave.
-
My daughters boyfriend is a nose and has sent her loads of texts revelling in our relegation. His car is in the garage at the moment and has asked if he can borrow mine as he has to be at work at 6 in the morning I said no problems and have given my daughter the spare key. Just thought I would take the battery off it first though !!!!! 'Should ensure a late start and docked wages for the bluenose badtard.
-
I'm sure that's fake. I saw what he said on the BBC feed and it contained none of that. Bit of mischief making?
-

That cannt be real. Surely not?
I think that's been made up. He was dense enough to suggest the performances would be better now it's confirmed; I can't think he'd be so idiotic to have a go at the support.
-

Yes, revenge is a dish best served cold.
-
I'd have chucked him. Seriously. I genuinely think I couldn't be in a relationship with someone that would take pleasure at my unhappiness like that.
-
My son is, by quirk of fate, at the scum versus Burnley game today. He rang me to tell me that the scum fans cheered louder to our relegation than they did to their equalizing goal. Knobs.
-
Obsessed
-
I was hoping for a bit of new badge bounce today, no luck

KFC don't open that early, surely?
-
I keep getting commiseration messages. Maybe because I live in London. I think I'd prefer people taking the piss than feeling sorry.

I admire your grown-up approach, Curious. I'd have chinned the tosser.

It hardly comes as any surprise. Lets hope & pray our Board can sort our squad out for next season so we smash 'em home & away. That should shut the vermin up for a while. ;)
-
Tbh it's been a relegation fight from the second game of the season. At villa we do relegation correctly - a 37 game run in
-
Job done as far as Black is concerned. The game changed when Gestede came on yet he did very little. Makes you wonder what kind of season we would have had if we had bought a proper centre forward rather that this oaf.
Agree totally. The worst player I've ever seen at Villa in my 46 years of watching.

He has been nowhere near as poor as Micah Richards.
-
Didn't see the game as I was working, which is more than these twunts have done all season.
Cheers Randy, what a guy!

Criminally Richards and Gabby arguably have/had talant but a shockingly bad attitude. Gestede is just plain poor.
-
Oh great, Lescott wants to stay and lead is in the championship.
I hope his magic tweeting pocket will be in the MLS by then.
-
Gestede had a great cameo today. With the right service he could be ok next season.
-
Well a big hip hip hooray to randy. Cheers pal you have done us proud.
-

What about a Brother?.... mine lives in Victoria B.C. he´s a ´stripeyfilth´follower and has been revelling in my ( our ) discomfort... all season, in fact.
Can I chuck him, legally or otherwise ?!....Godzvilla!
-
How many wins at old Trafford since 87? I can only remember one
-
How many wins at old Trafford since 87? I can only remember one
2009, only one since 1983, I believe. Pretty sure we've got a terrible record there since, well, forever.
-

Only 3 wins since the 2nd world war
-
Well a big hip hip hooray to randy. Cheers pal you have done us proud.
When will Lerner speak and apologise to the fans? He's such a coward!
-
If the subject comes up, as it often does, of worst ever Villa player, it really says it all that in the last 5 years we could all argue night and day about a large number of our recent players being worthy of that title. We've signed so much utter fucking toss since Lambert came in, in particular. To have so many worthwhile contenders in the current squad even. It just sums up how hideous we've been to watch.
Bacuna would be right up there. Diarrhoeic shit for brains, dire attitude and zero ability. An abomination of nature and he should join a fucking circus.
-
Someone in the first 11 must be really funny because Bacuna spends half the game laughing. Maybe it's Westwood and that's why he gets in the team?
-
Well a big hip hip hooray to randy. Cheers pal you have done us proud.
But, but we would have faced certain relegation in 2007 if it weren't for him!!
-
Well, after starting my day with a Park Run, then on to watching my youngest son's under 11s footy team win their gripping game, to then spend the next 2 hours clearing chicken shit out from our chicken run, only to have my day spoiled by being reminded that Villa were still going through their pathetic death throws.
Thank God it's over. Can we just call it quits and skip the rest of the season?
-
Someone in the first 11 must be really funny because Bacuna spends half the game laughing. Maybe it's Westwood and that's why he gets in the team?
It can't be Westwood as he's far too busy concentrating on his indiscriminate pointing to crack any gags. Pehaps Bacuna favours a Butt Plug when he masquerades as a footballer of a matchday?
-

Bit harsh, that. To me, it always looks like he's picking out whoever's running ten yards off his shoulder with practised and skilled aplomb.
-
Got to say our supporters were fantastic today. Even if the silent majority at OT had wanted to make a noise they never got a chance as we never stopped for 90 minutes. Also, I assume, puzzled the assorted press and commentators by replacing the scripted tears with endless gallows humour. Deserve so much better
-
What were the Man U fans like? Did they take the piss much?
-
Back home after one of the best away days ever,
we were down already so the football didn't matter, but we never gave the Man Utd fans any chance to gloat as we took the piss out of ourselves and them for 90 minutes
it was a carnival for the whole time
If there was ever a day to realise why you love the Villa it was today, and it had absolutely nothing to do with anything that took place on the pitch
-
If there was ever a day to realise why you love the Villa it was today, and it had absolutely nothing to do with anything that took place on the pitch
This. It has always been this for me. And if it's any solace for those too young to remember it was all about this the last time we were in Div 2. From Swindon to Plymouth to Bradford to Huddersfield to Blackburn to Bournemouth it was one long sea of Villa fans making themselves heard
-
There has only been one thing to be proud of this season, and that's us. Considering the shit we've been served in recent years, and at home for well over a decade, that we turn up in such numbers home and away week after week is amazing. Fickle my arse, loyal is the correct term the media and know fuck all pundits should be using.
-
I hate being relegated, I absolutely hate it. Get things right on the managerial front though and this time next year it'll be us taking the piss for a change.
I'm looking forward to some away games as well, and I haven't said that for a while.
-
Excuse my language coz I've had few glasses of wine. But thank you Randy Lerner you utter utter utter ******.
-
I feel a cross between relieved and wanting to kill someone.
Although it's been enevitable it hurts like hell now it's confirmed, the second the whistle went my retarded brother in law text me from Spain to laugh, so obsessed are the Bluescum with us.
There is only one person to blame for this white-flag capitulation, one man who employs the people who make the decisions they all got so badly wrong.
The last time we were relegated we were poor but had some fight, this decline has been slow, painful and self inflicted by a man who just lost interest in his latest plaything, threw it away like a toy with no regard for any other person.
He has a long way to climb back from the abyss of the tag of the worst custodian ever in Aston Villa's proud history.
I hope he has the spine for the climb back like or fantastic supporters.
We will be back in spite of him but it won't be quick, the championship is full of teams who can all beat each other, a constant grind of Saturday-Wednesday close games that will take spirit and commitment as the first requisite, traits that only a few of our current squad have anywhere.
So goodbye (hopefully) you big-time charlies, you will go down in our famous history as the worst set of players this club has ever had, but we all know you really don't give a toss.
-
As an aside, it hasn't taken the prawn brigade long to start turning their backs on Manure. Apparently they are struggling to shift corporate packages at Old Trafford, so they are advertising the corporate stuff for the Leicester game as an opportunity to see Leicester crowned champions.
-

Classics today - its only one -nil how shit must you be its only one nil
The Rotherham song not that I know the words
Going up - Going Down
No wall to wall Lerner out songs
We support our local team (well I dont but nevermind)
-
What were the Man U fans like? Did they take the piss much?
They were utter shite. One rent boy in white had some "top bantz' but they were diabolical.

Glad I haven't seen pictures of Villa crying so far. Villa fans are made of sterner stuff.

It is so notable that even some of the relegation stories mention it. The fans are the one thing I remain genuinely proud of at the club.
-
I thought our second half performance was best of the season.

Aiden and his son Mark ha ha
-
We've played a lot worse. It's a shame they didn't put that much effort in the previous games. The fans were incredible again though, we were stood next to their lot (who just sat in silence apart from their goal) and we put them to shame really. It's a shame Eric Black couldn't be arsed to make more than one sub though.
-

It's a good thing I'm not even angry about it. I'd probably break the internet.
-
Balaban will always hold that title though.
-
When we were sure of promotion from Division 3 we used to sing "Division Two welcomes you, Aston Villa".
Now we can sing it again.
Hurrah.
-
Oh ye of little faith.*
We're not in Div 2.
*Not you, adrenachrome. Obv.

Lets not forget some McLeish signings like N'Zogbia and Brett Holman. Our recruitment problems stretch back a long way.

Just seen goal. Brad WTF
-
Agree - but what about the marking ???
Valencia had no player within 30 yds of him to deliver the cross- schoolboy defending bollocks - as usual !

He was very funny; probably the highlight of the 2nd half.
-
I just caught an accidental snippet while changing channels earlier. To go with pretty much the same team as last week was stupid, but to go with the same formation as that awful first half last week was beyond idiotic. Seriously, how do some of these people earn a living out of the game?

I am hoping he feels he is protecting the better, more talented and younger players as we were down anyway. Let the overpaid a-holes get the abuse.
Black is probably just another useless person who is a waste of time at our club though.
-
The trip to OT in 1987 was very much in my thoughts yesterday. My sons were 10 and 17. Just like yesterday we stood by our club. We sang Down With The Villa and We'll Be Back in 88. We also chanted that we wanted the owner out. Nothing changes. We will be back.
-
I was thinking of that game too Brian 3-1 if I recall. Anyway given the players at Black's disposal I'm not surprised he's kept it as it is. See the season through and try and rebuild next season.
-
We totally deserve to go down of course, but yesterday wasn't the first time this season that team selection and either poor substitutions or in this case not utilising them in a timely fashion has cost us.
A below average Man U side twice this season could have been beaten.
-
It still fucking hurt to see it confirmed on the Beeb. I hat these players. -
An indelible stain to go in our history books. Bravo Randolph - please, please fall on your sword and go.
He is trying to sell the club.
-
Hopefully, the team that is there next season can put the relegation & lack of confidence-monkey off their shoulders, and start fresh.
I believe the board is better than it has been for a while, and that has to be a positive, and hope they can deliever.
It will be very tough, as Villa will be a scalp, but we need to see that as a positive, and prove that we deserve that 'honour'
-

The last we heard we were told he wasn't an 'enthusiastic seller', or some other corporate speak bollocks that Fox uttered.

Yeah at a price no one is willing to pay. Meanwhile the club is relegated. Brilliant.

And your point is what? Look how long it's took for Everton to get investment, what is it, best part of 10 years?
-
The last communication from the club on this matter was that Randy is not a motivated seller. Given his cast-iron record of fecklessness, I'd say it's safe to assume he'll be applying the same expertise and dedication to selling Villa as he has to owning it.
-
Westwood was the only player to show any emotion yesterday. In tears at the end. Despite the flak he has on here I so genuinely believe he is one of the few that cares. In a decent midfield he can so a job.
-
God I'd forgotten about that. "Not a motivated seller". What the fuck does that even mean?
"OK, I wanna sell. A bit. Maybe. But not a lot. Although actually come to think of it nah, I might keep it after all. Probably. Whatever."
That's decisive leadership, for you.
-
It will be very tough, as Villa will be a scalp, but we need to see that as a positive, and prove that we deserve that 'honour'
I like to think we are a scalp but reading 'will be a scalp', wow that's a great statement.
Next season I (have to)trust the board will have the lion back into our team, fucked all the freeloaders off-im sure there gotta be a stinking bluenose in there somewhere-, ensured the whole club has moved forward together, so that the 'scalp' that Aston villa is, the players hear the lionslions (fans) roar and respond rather than shit themselves.
-

Westwood was the only player to show any emotion yesterday. In tears at the end. Despite the flak he has on here I so genuinely believe he is one of the few that cares. In a decent midfield he can so a job.
Cleaning their boots? He's no footballer.
Crying? He probably poked himself in the eye.
"I used to be a Premier League footballer. The charade dream is over".

Probably because he knew he'd played his last Premier League game.

Problem is we have been saying for years that a lot of our players are not good enough for the premier, well we're not in the prem now
so maybe we have to look at them in a different way
players who haven't made the grade in the prem but have the right attitude as far as anyone can tell might just be able to do a good job in the championship
if we can keep hold of Ayew, Grealish and Traore up front I don't think there will be much better forwards in that league, then Gestede and even Sinclair both could be useful at that level
Add to them, Clark, Baker, Hutton (who I think we will need down there) the French lads and yes even Westwood, maybe Gardner and one or two others and at that level we might do OK
attitude, commitment and unity will be essential next season players showing that even though we all know arnt good enough for the prem should we go up could be what we need short term
Create a new bomb squad for the rest, I never had a massive problem with it the last time Hutton permitting
-
An indelible stain to go in our history books. Bravo Randolph - please, please fall on your sword and go.
He is trying to sell the club.
Yeah at a price no one is willing to pay. Meanwhile the club is relegated. Brilliant.
And what price is that?
at a price no one will pay, obviously.
-
I don't see the point in keeping Westwood if we can get rid of him. He's had three seasons in the Premier League and been shite in all of them. Nothing I've seen makes me think he'll be anything but lightweight as we look to replace a midfield that's more porous than a cut-up sponge.
And he can't score.

Where has his passion been for the last 9 months? Utter charlatan who knows the game is up. I'll drive him back to Crewe myself if they'd have him. His entire footballing range is square passes and shite corners.

That is the crux of the problem. Why should we have to have others better to carry him. He plays in a pivotal position in the team. I could understand it if he was a mercurial No. 10 that drifts in and out of games but he is not.

Not a single winner or leader amongst them though. Once the bad attitudes are removed from the squad there is an Ok frame work to build a side around but the players brought in can't be more bits and pieces jack of all trades nice guys. We need role models, leaders, strong voices and some winners added in to the mix of a pretty quiet, broken bunch of losers and slackers that we currently have.
-
It will be very tough, as Villa will be a scalp, but we need to see that as a positive, and prove that we deserve that 'honour'
I like to think we are a scalp but reading 'will be a scalp', wow that's a great statement.
Ok I meant to say something along the lines of 'will been seen to be a scalp to other teams'
Sorry for the obvious mistake ???
See you next season

do a job as what?
-
Westwood cares. He's just not regular first team material especially at PL level.
-
Pat Murphy said make Ciaran Clark captain next season? No thanks. I sincerely hope that we go out and sign a captain in the summer.
-
Westwood will be okay in chumps as a holding defender. Clark does my nut in. Can show good signs but his defensive career is littered with errors. However, will be interesting get to see how he does in euros. Never understood why he was moved from midfield. Looked promising to me

Considering he has been abused in public whilst with his family and barely leaves his home anymore I admire the fact he does still care while the likes of Flabby, Lescott, Bacuna, Richards etc still live their lives without a care in the world....

dont disagree with any of that
however for us to get back to where we belong we cant carry on being a benevolent home to shit footballers
with the physical presence of an 8 year old, pointy boy will get eaten alive next season
but like the rest of the shit we are lumbered with him as no one will be stupid enough to buy him
-

Clark is a bang average defender, like the rest of them prone to drop a bollock every game. But there's no way on this earth he could ever be considered good enough to play in midfield.
-

I'd agree with that. He's one I wouldn't mind keeping. I think he'd be alright in the Championship and doesn't come across as a complete cock, which with our squad is a miracle.

Sadly I agree. I have said it before but what does he offer? I still cant figure out what kind of midfielder he is. Creator, Workhorse, Destroyer? He is none of the above. He doesnt even have a good deadball in his locker.
Great attitude , no doubt works hard in training but I dont see why he would deserve to hold down a starting place in our team. I think we should be setting the bar higher, even in the championship.

Holding his own todger maybe. The bloke is physically weak, has poor concentration, doesn't track runners and can't tackle. What part of the holding midfielder job can he do? If it's move ball from A to B 5 yards away then I'm afraid we're using 2 players to do 1 players job again.

You're right, he's a wimp. I've never seen a player so easily shoved off the ball as Westwood. If anything the Championship is even more physical than the PL. He's not the man for our midfield next season, it's time to show him the door.

A rice cake of a footballer, congealed nothingness.

I care. You wouldn't want me in a holding midfield position though.

It depends. After four years, could we expect to see any marked improvement in your game?

Totally agree. He needs to be at a mid to lower table Championship clu

Agree TV. He's like the person who goes out without someone way more attractive than them. They desperately hold on when it is plain for everyone to see that they would be better off and far happier with someone more every matched. At the right club, Westwood could be a club stalwart and a fans favourite.
I think it still remains that at a decent standard, he can only play in one role - the holding role in a midfield three with two athletic players either side of him. It is not surprising that he has had his best games when that has been the case (Lambert's first season with Sylla and Delph either side and under Sherwood with Cleverley and Delph).
-
He needs to be at a mid to lower table Championship club
Like us you mean?
-
I refuse to accept we will be anything less than top 3 next season. Obviously the reality could be very different but there has been way too much lowering our standards. Now when we are apparently rebuilding is the time to raise them back to approriate levels.
The bar for any player or manager should be "Will they be a key figure in winning the league?" if the answer is "no" then they should not be part of the club.
-
Was speaking to a Wolves fan tonight and he said the reason they went down again was because they kept the same wastrels that took them down to the Championship
We need to get rid whatever the cost

Totally and absolutely agree.
Let's set a statement of intent from day 1.
Not just promotion, but we intend to go up as champions.

Westwoods one of the few decent guys at the club and clearly cares. He just isn't a good standard.

He's worth keeping next year as a squad player. I think pushed a little bit forward and with less defensive responsibility he'd be alright at championship level. But whilst he's well short of being Prem quality, fair enough he's at least got a better attitude than a lot of the shysters at the club. He doesn't get pictured in Shisha bars or passed out in the road with a bottle of vodka in his hand, or tweet pictures of cars after humiliating defeats, etc, etc. In those respects he's the exception and not the norm in our squad. The twats outnumber the good sorts.

Have to disagree with him being pushed a bit further forward, as he's just not mobile enough to be that type of midfielder. I don't think his cause is helped by there being no movement at all in front of him when he picks up the ball, but he's not the most creative player on the ball.
-
I'm sure Westwood is a good trainer and he's never caused us any problems with his extra curricular activities. Probably a nice bloke. However, for me he's everything that's wrong with Aston Villa these last few years - acceptance of dreadful mediocrity and worse, failure.
As others mention above, we need to start setting the bar higher.
-
An indelible stain to go in our history books. Bravo Randolph - please, please fall on your sword and go.
He is trying to sell the club.
Ha ha. Trying. Good one.
so what you saying? You think he's not trying to sell the club? He doesn't want to know anymore. He has sunk multi millions into the club so he's trying to recover what he can. I would of thought that was obvious.

Nobody knows what he's doing, which is part of the problem. The other part is I'm not sure Randy knows what he's doing - from one day to the next. The last we heard from the club about this is that he's not a 'motivated seller right now', so what else are we to think? And going by his track record at the club - which has been whimsical and chaotic at best, disastrous at other times - when you say 'trying', I'm wondering how hard he's trying.
-
Now when we are apparently rebuilding is the time to raise them back to approriate levels.
When I see any sign of this happening with the playing staff, I will accept your comments.
Until then, I will take any comments, by anyone, about "rebuilding" with a pinch of salt.
Not having a go at you by the way, I just think we need an enema of biblical proportions (size of the ark),at the club, to flush away the shite that is our first team squad.
-
He wanted to sell when things weren't going well, when he kept throwing money in and we kept getting worse, and the fans were on his back.
Then, Tim arrived in a blaze of glory, we got to a Cup Final, and with there being a bit of a buzz about the place he became 'not a motivated seller' (that was the timing of that comment)
I think he' s probably a motivated seller again now.

i doubt if there are many motivated buyers around considering the mess he has created.

I also wonder what 'motivated' means in Randy's world.

If it's anything like the players.............

Not that it matters but the defending for their goal was shocking. Cissokho scared shitless to press the cross, Clark lost by the movement of Rashford, no cover from midfield and Guzan frankly wouldn't stop a cold at the moment.
Disagree on Westwood, fair enough if he wants out but I'd be keeping him as a midfield option for next year.
