BBC coverage schedule
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/commonwealth-games/27485146
-
Malawi v Northern Ireland in the netball, can't wait.
-
I hope that some trade deals (especially with India) get done in the background. Otherwise this is a pointless event as far as I'm concerned.
-
Why is it pointless? It's just a sporting event. The talent that is turning up shows that the athletes don't think it's pointless.
No one is pretending it's on a par with The Olympics or even the World championships of whatever sport they are competing in but it will be fun and competitive and I'm looking forward to it.
Especially Malawi v Northern Ireland in the netball.
-
And you have an insider's view from the athlete's call room again.
After my experience at the Olympics and Paralympics in London I've been selected as one of England's Technical officials and I'll be going up (by train) on Thursday morning. It's a much smaller Call Room tent this time but at least we are much closer to the stadium, and I'm told we might get to go out on track with the athletes for some events.
-
It's sport. I'll watch it. Wish they would get rid of some of the swimming though. Never understood why swimming backwards and swimming like a butterfly are classed as sports when running sideways and running like a moth aren't. Just designed to keep the Crims at the top of the medal table.
Shame there's no Twenty20 involved.
-

But there is Lawn Bowls :)
-
Can butterflys actually swim?
-

Maybe we should call it the Former Empire Games and invite America.

We don't want them involved. It is only open to countries who can make tea properly.
I've been to Boston and see them dunk tea bags in the harbour - which is what American tea tastes like.
Only civilized countries allowed in the Commonwealth !
-
Only civilized countries allowed in the Commonwealth !
Not sure that's correct, we let Australia in.
-
I'd be happy to let the Yanks back into the Connonwealth, but only if they pay us the Tea Tax they owe us, with interest.
-
The absence of T20 Cricket and Golf is puzzling to me.
If Lawn Bowls is included, there's plenty of other sports/games that should also be there.
-
I suspect that cricket and golf would just be too expensive for many countries to host, although obviously Scotland would have no problem hosting either.
-
I suspect that cricket and golf would just be too expensive for many countries to host, although obviously Scotland would have no problem hosting either.
Why would any potential CG host nations struggle with those two sports?
Canada might need to lay a couple of wickets but I can't see either sport being a problem anywhere else in the Commonwealth ( apart, of course from England struggling to field a decent cricket team)
-
Barrowman just sang the Clyde FC anthem! Well done that man.
-
Liked him, the countdown and Nessie.
Why film empty seats right at the beginning, though?
Move people down from RowZ 10 minutes before!
-
This is the first time I've seen the White Heather Club in colour.
-
Oh good cockney rod Stewart turns up surprise surprise
-
Can't wait for the Krankies and Rab C Nesbitt to appear.
-
I'm cringing and I'm not even Scottish.
-
How can Obi Wan Kenobi open the games when he can't even be arsed to be there in person!
-
The amount of times he's bleating about Scotland this and Scotland that, I'm beginning to think the CSA or someone are after him as he spends fuck all of his time there.
-
Loved those dancers
-
The message? Quick before they open it!
-
Nik Kershaw? Finally, after 30 years...
-
At least they didn't pick the worst Harry Lauder song.
-
I rather like the idea of geographically grouping the teams. It's more interesting than going alphabetical.
Ooh, and the chairs. Great idea.
-
I feel sorry for that poor little dog. His legs will be about an inch long at the end of the night after leading each team out.
-
I want one.
-
I'm also looking forward to the reception our next door neighbours give us when it's our turn to enter the stadium.
-
I had no idea that Lesotho was in the Commonwealth. Or Malawi. Wow.
-
Quiz question... which two members of the Commonwealth were never part of the the United Kingdom or the British Empire?
-
The athletes should be banned from filming themselves on their phones and iPads.
-
Rwanda as one?
And Bangladesh? Aargh, no!
-
Yep. Well done Lou. Mozambique the other one.
-
Interesting, but very shocking, info-graphic doing the rounds on Facebook and Twitter. I knew it was probably quite a lot, but I'm amazed it's as high as it is.
-
I think that might be part of the reason they got Barrowman to kiss a bloke in the early stages of the Opening Ceremony. Fair play.
-
Well, something clearly has to be done, that's disgraceful.
-
2 things:
The Commonwealth has a lot of islands, including Lesotho
And
I love that big screen.
-
I know. Could have got two women.
Disgusted of Uganda.
-
I think Huw Edwards mentioned that it's the biggest big screen in Europe. I bet they didn't get it from Argos.
-
I think that might be part of the reason they got Barrowman to kiss a bloke in the early stages of the Opening Ceremony. Fair play.
I'd expect Barrowman didn't take much convincing.
-
The Commonwealth has a lot of islands, including Lesotho
I think that may be a legacy left over from when we ruled the waves.
-
Lesotho? An island?
-
Completely surrounded by South Africa, so a geopolitical island.
Well, in my mind, anyway!
-
That poor dog must be knackered, I notice they're having to carry the wee thing now.
-
That poor dug must be knackered, I notice they're having to carry the wee thing now.
Fixed.
-
I'm also looking forward to the reception our next door neighbours give us when it's our turn to enter the stadium.
England got cheered.
-
Big cheer for England! Nice.
-
Ah well Mr. Salmond that's the yes vote down the pan then.
-
Didn't Bell nick the telephones idea?
-
Superb entrance for Scotland!
-
Shame they got David Blunkett to design the outfits.
-
The children's charity initiative is a very good idea. No idea what they are going to do but Rod is there.
Txt FIRST to 70333, apparently.
-
Barrowman just sang the Clyde FC anthem! Well done that man.
Can you get away with "We're shit and we know we are" on live TV?
-

He wasn't singing the Queen's Park anthem.
-
When does her Maj get to do her bit? It must be well past the old dears bedtime.
-
Forgot about the opening ceremony tonight. Was it any good?
-
It was okay. The Exploited put on a good show, The Krankies didn't get many laughs, sadly. Prince Philip must've said something because the Burundi team walked out in protest.
-
It sounds fandabbydozee
-
Good for Scotland, recognising the air disaster.
-
The message is an order to deep fry Alex Salmond
-
Well apart from the first bit which I thought was a bit cringe making, that was quite good.
-

Shame there's no Twenty20 involved.
Apart from the obvious highlights, I'm looking forward to the rugby sevens. Some of the best exponents in the world of that game will be there, including The Kenyan team, whose rise over the past few years has been meteoric.
-
Just having breakfast before catching the train to Glasgow.
Thankfully the officials are being given smart jackets and trousers - not those orange kilts - as our uniform.
-
Last week's "Why is this still a thing?" feature from John Oliver's show
-

Good to see Stonewall publicizing this sort of thing.
Last month I walked by the Stonewall Inn in NYC to see where it all started. An odd pilgrimage I know for a straight British bloke.
-
I had no idea that Cameroon was part of the Commonwealth
-
I had no idea that Cameroon was part of the Commonwealth
Nor me, I always assumed that it was French.
However da Wiki says that, after the Germans were kicked out, there was a French bit and a British bit. These merged to form the country we know now. Although Cameroon is in the Commonwealth, its more closely aligned with France.
Interesting.
-
I had no idea that Cameroon was part of the Commonwealth
As our PM you'd think it was obvious..

My missus mentioned this figure to me last night and said how disgraceful it is. The trouble is that I was then going through in my head trying to work out which countries would ban being gay.
Pretty sure Jamaica does, so I'm assuming a lot of the Caribbean Islands also do. Some African countries like Uganda do, so maybe quite a few more ban being gay. Then, maybe some of the Asian countries?
-
Basically all of Africa, except for South Africa.
Northern Ireland still bans gay marriage cos they're in the Dark Ages.
-
Arrived in CG Officials village - not with the athletes this time.
My first impression (as usual when you come to Scotland) they give you the impression that things are utter chaos -but somehow things get done and you wonder why you were worried.
Train was late yesterday so missed getting uniform - last group this morning will get what is left - so if you see a strange looking bloke in a skirt that will be me! As long as it isn't an orange kilt !
-
I wonder if someone could enlighten me about the boxing. I've just watched an english lad bang out a minnow, but why aren't they wearing helmets? They wore helmets in the olympics didn't they? I might just be getting mixed up, but i thought that was the case for ams.
A girl is now dancing about with a mystic meg type ball. Better change over before i get accused of being a paedo.
-
They got rid of the head guards and it's all the better for it.
-
They said they got rid of head guards as you are more likely to get concussed if you're wearing it. However, in the women's boxing, I think, they are still wearing the head guards.
That makes no sense to me. Do women get concussed in a different way to men?
-

I think it's to do with the weight of the punch,my problem with the head guard was more to do with the blind spots from a punch coming over the top.
-
Super's on now it's always great to watch.
-
Cheers, i didn't know that, i much prefer it without the helmets.
Don't want to hurt their pretty little faces cd.
-
I must say I enjoyed the highlights progamme last night. I sat down to watch the highlights of the events I had missed during the day like the triathlon and the cycling. Instead of which I got a combination of the Clare Balding show, the One Show and Jools Holland. The triathlon was condensed into about two minutes of action as yet another 'celebrity' told me what they thought of the event rather than letting me actually watch it. They then like to ask inane questions of the competitors, their partners, their mums and dads, sisters and brothers and pet goldfish. All watched by a very weird live audience just sitting at tables smiling with no drinks or anything in front of them. Message to the BBC - I don't give a flying fcuk about Clare Balding, I just want to see some decent highlights of the bloody sport, not her ugly mug and stupid prattish comments about something she knows even less than me about. And breathe...
-
Didn't they used to play "Land of Hope and Glory" when England won? It's "Jerusalem" now. Much better than that "Sky Fairy Save The Kraut" rubbish, either way.
-
Are people genuinely watching this ?
-
Are people genuinely watching this ?
We are making it all up just to make you happy.
-
Are people genuinely watching this ?
I'm a tad sceptical about this sudden alleged interest because it's taking place in Britain. I bet there aren't that many people who without resorting to Google could tell you where the last two Games took place or any memorable incident from them.
-
I seem to remember some controversy about how much the Games cost in Delhi, and whether they would be ready, but yes I did watch and I'm enjoying these as well.
-
Are people genuinely watching this ?
Surprised to see you've got a negative attitude about it.
-
Are people genuinely watching this ?
We are making it all up just to make you happy.
Haha I didn't mean it like that . I was just like , Northern Ireland v Wales at netball , really ! Would anyone watch this ?
-
I imagine netball fans would, particularly if they haven't to be Northern Irish/Welsh. There are plenty of other sports if you're not keen on the girls' standing still basketball.
-
The weightlifting, boxing and rugby are always worth a look.
-
I quite like the cycling. There was a funny race in the Olympics I liked. They all race around like nutters then every so many laps whoever is last gets elimininated and they carry on till there is only one left, and they get the gold. Was really good fun I thought. Does anyone know what it's called and if it's been on yet? I hope I haven't missed it.
I also like the one where they all race behind a bloke in a suit on a bike, for some reason. That was good too.
-
Kiren
-
The weightlifting, boxing and rugby are always worth a look.
Women's weightlifting especially, I like to see a good snatch.

Amen to this brother. Year on year it fucks me off immensely with these so called highlights shows. The paralympic highlights on ch4 were the worst I've seen and there wasn't even guests on it, yet they somehow managed to just show me 30 seconds of sport.
-
My boys are transfixed....it doesn't matter what sport or what ability...if your representing you country....you are the best in 1m 5m or 59 million people....it's a good thing being in Glasgow makes it real and achievable to them.
-
The judo's skilfull I have to say. Do you actually have to train to trip someone up and lie on top of them whilst your poor opponent is squashed with his or her legs flailing wildly, and very comically, about in air?
-
Australia are spoiling this.
-
the rugby 7s has been great today, lots of silly games as expected in the preliminaries but you do see some suprisingly good rugby, papua new guinea just had a good go at wales and 29-7 doesn't really tel lthe story of how well they did.

Uganda vs Sri Lanka was great fun, Sri Lanka 14-0 with 3mins to go, Uganda get a yellow card and it looks all over only for them to score 3 late tries to win, everything you want in a 7s match.
-
CDBULLY - the bike race you liked was the elimination (or the devil) race. Its part of the 8 event Omnium competition now and I don't know if that's in the Commies.
-
News from the officials village. The realaction starts tomorrow when the athletics starts. Sadly Mo Farah not running.
Watched the swimming on TV tonight - swimming was 20mins late -which is messing up TV. So pressure on us tomorrow to keep a more complex sport on time.
Never thought I would walk into a bar in Glasgow and get complimented on my ironing- but that was the case this afternoon. Ironed my formal uniform shirts then went for a pint. Glasgow is not as bad as it is made out to be.
Got to look smart in case I'm leading athletes out tomorrow. 100m heats -so might have to escort DQ'd athletes off track.
-
Glasgow is a great place. Spent a lot of time up there in the past and never had a sniff of trouble. Might have been different if i'd been wandering around Govan, Castlemilk etc on my own at night mind.
-
The only action I've watched so far has been the mens, womens and mixed relay triathlons. Have really enjoyed them, especially the relay.
Bring on the athletics.
-
Rugby 7s is shit.
Kick Pass Pass Pass - fast fucker scores a try
And repeat.
Mind you rugby in any form is shit anyway.
-
Oi!
7s can be great fun for a while, and between the top sides it is much more tactical than you're giving it credit for. However you have to remember that it was originally created as a training game to improve one-on-one tackling and handling skills.
-
I like sevens. Compared to fifteen-a-side it has the advantage that there are no boring scrums.
-

Great, so some training game is now a proper sport? Mind you rugby was never a proper sport anyway so fair play.
Kick Pass Pass Pass Fast fucker scores. Where's the fun in that?
Can you tell I really detest rugby?
-
Funnily enough it's the same reason why I hate basketball, scoring every time you have the ball except on the odd occasion that the opposition might just be lucky enough to stop you or you are too wank to take advantage makes for a shite sport.
-
The Mens Marathon was great to watch and what a gutsy performance by the Aussie who won it. There were a few times in the race where he looked like he was beaten, but just hung in there until the last 5km when he found another gear. Great stuff.
-
The weightlifting, boxing and rugby are always worth a look.
Women's weightlifting especially, I like to see a good snatch.
My missus thought I was making it up when I said the events were called 'Clean and Jerk' and the 'Snatch'.
-
This morning was great for Villa fans. Dan Greaves (Holte ender) won the F42/44 Discus for England, and Tom Parsons qualified for High Jump final.
I checked Dan into call-room and think he was pleased that he was being checked by a fellow Villa fan! "As long as you are not a bluenose!" he replied. I was too busy to go and watch -but knew he had won as saw the army personnel take out 3 flags with the England flag in the middle!
-
Well done Dan! Hopefully he'll be allowed to parade his medal at VP before a game or at half-time when he's not busy competing.
-

He did mention that before he went out. Think he is hoping they will invite him.
-
He should ask them.

I completely agree about basketball. Not so sure with 7's though, i do enjoy that but it might be because i have bias as i am the fast fucker.
-
Basketball would be massively improved if they put the nets about ten feet higher up so you had to have some skill, as opposed to just height, to score.
-
England squash player just took her opponent's racket in the face. Interesting how she didn't throw herself to the ground like a footballer.
-
Watching my first boxing action. An Indian against a Sri Lankan. Great ding dong derby for the first minute or so and then settled down. indian took it.
-
Good round for the Sri Lankan. forced the Indian to touch down with a glove from 1 shot which would have been a standing 8 in the pro game. 1-1 in rounds so far. 19-19. Third round coming up.
-
War of attrition in the 3rd. I'd give it to the Sri Lankan because of his work but could go either way.
-
Indian got it. Unlucky on the Sri Lankan to be knocked out but good fight.
-
So I tune in to watch the athletics, widely regarded as the pinnacle of the Commonwealth Games. It's towards the end of the final of the long jump and the high jump, in which we have significant English interest, and they decide to show highlights if the boxing instead.
What on earth is that all about?
-
As Steve Cram correctly said (and was obviously having a dig) prior to the first 800m semi "well I'm sorry I didn't have time to introduce you to the rest of the line up".
It really is annoyingly poor coverage.
-
Strangely enough the medal table graphic wasn't shown on the Oz TV sports news this morning for probably the first time. Funny that.............
-

The High Jump was crap -and I was sat at edge of track watching it (on a stool 2 sizes too small for my backside). I missed out on the long jump -another official got that duty-Greg Rutherford took the lead was briefly overtaken then he regained lead and won gold.
Only 4 high jumpers got passed 2.25m -sadly Villa fan TomParsons was first out only cleared 2.17 at 3rd attempt then went out.
Looking forward tothe relays on Friday - not sure if Usain will run -think he is looking for excuses already. My inside info suggests he might pull out at last minute.

Up to a point he has some justification as a lot of "big names" have not come to Glasgow, but the event is competitive, the atmosphere in the stadium is excellent, I hear the main BBC coverage is crap, better to watch on iPlayer.
I don't think he likes the weather as the hot weather we had last week has gone - and it is now chilly and damp - not what Jamaican athletes favour!
Having been involved in the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, I can say Glasgow has done an equally good job for a fraction of the budget.
What is better here are the volunteers (Clydesiders) - they are much friendlier to us Technical Officials - in London the volunteers were over hyped by Seb Coe - and many had overblown egos. Here they are down to earth, treat everybody with respect, and theirs is a genuine friendliness, not a plastic London pretend smile.
I'm sure Birmingham could do a similar job - but doubt we could afford to do it with all the council debts and all the facilities (NEC/NIA) being sold off.
-

It is, it really is. For example I had no idea that Tom Parsons was even in the competition as he wasn't shown at all. I think my wife caught a glimpse of a Martyn Bernard as well so I presume he was competing?
The way that the long jump was shown, you could tell that the South African had overtaken Rutherford before it was even shown.
To be fair, even if the coverage had been excellent, athletics, more than any other sport, is much better watched as a real life spectator than on television.
-
I think if you're as big a star as Bolt you might find life at any of these games "a bit shit". You can't really go out, at least not before you've raced, so you spend the whole time stuck in your hotel room or training. Not necessarily Glasgow's fault just a fact of life for the big name athletes.
-
For those who are a bit under-awed by the whole thing, just remember that next week we see the return of the Great British Bake (fuck) Off. Swiftly followed by X-Factor. Strictly Come Dancing and endless Come Bitch With Me on CH4.
By mid-September we will all be misty eyed for Lawn Bowls and that piper that heralds the medal cermony.

On bus outside Hampden due to start next shift. The piper is starting to get on my nerves - when you have 6 or more ceremonies a night. Had enough of Kenya and Canada anthems as well.

It's long been frustrating watching athletics on the beeb.
To the BBC, 'Track and Field' equates to the studio talking about the track, a montage video and interview with a British track athlete, the track event itself, interview with the track athlete and then back to the studio to talk about the track event. The field events get a two minute slot of only the most significant moments taking away any tension of the events.
I remember when Isinbayeva was going for the world record in a non Birmingham a few years ago, they only showed the last successful attempt off tape!

To be fair I thought they did a great job in 2012 but overall Eurosport's coverage of most athletics events is far superior.
I do find Colin Jackson and Denise Lewis hugely bad presenters/summarisers. Steve Cram and Michael Johnson are very good. I do like it when Johnson basically says Lewis and Jackson are talking shite.
-
Are we beating the convicts?
-
It's ashame Samantha Kinghorn couldn't get a medal. It's s tragic yet inspiring story that she has.
-
I have been transfixed on my sofa by the gymnasts.
I was going to post about them in detail but all I can say is, whooooooaaaah!
-
Amos beat Rudisha!
And, also running and wheeling through the rain, several other worldly athletes who did not sign up for going for gold through a monsoon.
Sort it out, Glasgow!
-
Makes it more interesting in the rain I reckon. Felt sorry for the English girl who pulled out of the long jump half way through her run up with an injury.
-

Through all my years watching athletics I've never seen her smile.
-
Long jump is way more stressy than high jump, throwing stuff or running. Hitting that little board and avoiding the plasticine. Then covering several metres in the air. Getting sand up your drawers. It's worse than a Commando course. I wouldn't smile, either.

I get ya, but Greg Rutherford is one of the happiest athletes I've ever seen.
-
Yes, he's cracked it and good luck to him. What a superb athlete, I agree with you!
I am really enjoying watching, it's good to know other people on here are into athletics.

Be even worse if they are going commando with all that sand.

Have to admit that I thought the super heayweight weightlifting was awesome earlier this evening.

Gold to the bloke who lifted up Grant Holt?
-
Amos beat Rudisha!
And, also running and wheeling through the rain, several other worldly athletes who did not sign up for going for gold through a monsoon.
Sort it out, Glasgow!
The rain was not that bad - the roof is quite good. The main problem is lack of natural drainage. The track is raised 2m above the normal pitch. The water runs off quite we'll not sure where to. The wheelchair events don't mind a wet track if is mondo surface grip is pretty good.
Just waiting to see if Usain turns up in call room tonight. We won't be confiscating his skipping rope this time.

You might complain about the BBC's coverage of the athletics but their coverage of the fucking bowls is
unsurpassed!
-
Not everybody agrees with you...
"Bowls Scotland wish to record their anger and disappointment at the decision taken by the BBC to take the Lawn Bowls Gold Medal match involving Scotland and Malaysia off air (BBC3) in favour of a preliminary group stage Hockey match involving England and Australia as the game drew to a close.
Bowls as a sport gets very little air time other than during major championships such as the Commonwealth Games and to deny the bowling public of Scotland and the Commonwealth their moment of glory is a decision that requires investigation, clarification and justification.
Bowls Scotland have complained directly to the BBC and await a response. Others who feel strongly enough to complain can do so via the link below."
-
The coverage by the BBC is spoiled by the fact they take so much time talking to so called experts about what might happen as opposed to covering what is happening!
-
Bowls as a sport gets very little air time
There's a very good fucking reason for that.
-
If anythimng I'm watchinmg via dstv (Saffer satellite station). Wall-to-wall Commonwealth games - they have lots of statioons to fill. Loads of bleedin' bowls an'all.
-
not sure if Usain will run -think he is looking for excuses already. My inside info suggests he might pull out at last minute.
Well he does think the games are a bit crap. Allegedly.
The sooner he retires the better. Athletics doesn't need celebutards like him.
-
Youtube has a good live stream. The comments box has too many trolls, though. But it does make you laugh when they switch event and all of the fans start screaming for the boring shit to be brought back.
-
Some strange marking going on in the beam final. :-\
How Claudia F could end up out of the medals after her routine beats me.
-
Penalty shoot-out looming in the women's hockey semi between England and New Zealand.
-
England win 3-1 and go through to the Gold Medal match.
-
2 English left in the pole vault, guaranteed medals and they can't switch to watch all the attempts from the 10,000m.
As usual, with the reaction of the crowd you can tell what the outcome of each jump is. Then they will show you a bloody replay. I don't understand why they would do that at all?
-
Love the relays. Looking forward to them later. Chances of England getting the baton round? Zero :-)

Usain was very quiet in call room. Not sure he will make it into their team for the final- they have some very good runners here (they had a clean sweep in the 200m) so he'll be struggling to get picked!
Having said that those 3 plus him should be a safe bet for gold, with England a good chance of a medal.
Men 4x4 and Women 4x1 England could do well.

We were very fortunate to get the baton round safely in the women's 4x1 but apart from that they looked very tidy indeed.

There's a world class youngster, Keshorn Walcott, performing in the Javelin at the moment but the beeb decide to show boxing reruns instead. The coverage of field events this Championship has been a joke.
-
Decent day for the Home Nations in the boxing with plenty of golds for England, Scotland and Norn Iron. Tom Daley wins the Gerrarding. Bolt and friends win the 4x100m relay, as expected, and the pesky Aussie women equalise with about ten seconds of the hockey final left against England....
...penalties next on BBC3!
-
Convicts win the shoot-out. :-(
-
Bolt made all the difference for the Jamaican 4x100 relay team, as England had overhauled them by the third change. He really is in a class of his own.
Gold for the 4x400 relay men, bronze for the women, well done.
Loved the welsh pole vaulter, she looked as if she was enjoying the whole thing.
Absolutely gutted for the England netball team, who lost the gold in the last 10 seconds by one point! Fantastic match.

When they entered the last 100m neck and neck, there was only ever going to be one winner. When you see him up against the other competitors, it is noticeable how much bigger he is than the others. I don't really know about the mechanics of sprinting, but his size must have something to do with his dominance.
-
Surely not, otherwise every 100m final would be full of tall blokes lie Bolt.
-
Even the women's ones?
-
Even the women's ones?
Especially the women's ones.
-
I thought Jo Pavey did fantastically well at these games. A true role model.
-
Role model? She only came third the lazy git!
;-)
-
Bolt is twice the size of Carl Lewis height and girth!
-
Are The Proclaimers nailed on for the closing ceremony?
-
Bolt is twice the size of Carl Lewis height and girth!
How come you know so much about his girth?
-
Hmmmm Kylie!!

As an Engineer I am extrapolating data from related sources and coming up with a hypothesis!
(He says hoping this will be the end of it without any further penetrating questions being asked)
-
Aussies very pissed off at finishing 2nd for first time in 28 years.
Warms the cockles of your heart doesn't it.
