I wouldnt read too much into last season.  Chelsea didn't really have a good season all round and did their usual manager hire and fire. Even Cole Palmer lost his England place.

I love all the doubt in us, all the definite opinions and certainty and Emery not giving a single fuck and making most look like twats.

It's going to be glorious when he's tearing it up in the Premier League next season.

Where is the actual evidence that Unai wanted him? Looks to me as though he's backing the FFP machination decision where we have extracted £40M more from Chelsea than Arsenal offer and promised to give it back in 12 months time.

Arsenal were offered the chance to match the price

Yeah I don’t see how anyone can be definitive either way. He’s undoubtedly talented, whether he unlocks that here who knows.
There is overwhelming circumstantial evidence from 3 teams he has be associated with that he's a waster.
Well two of those clubs are notorious basket cases. Also it seems to be being forgotten he was seen as the jewel in Manure’s crown - he fell out with them, but doesn’t mean he’s not talented. He might be a waster here, but Unai obviously doesn’t think so and on balance I’d trust his judgement over relying on not fitting at Manure or Chelsea being definite proof of it being his failures.
He's undoubtedly talented but the evidence from his 3 teams, that includes Argentinian national side, is not promising.

Maybe but they were never going above 80. And it's all speculation.

Where is the actual evidence that Unai wanted him?

What does this mean sorry? Like, the usual journalists of some reliability have told us. What else could we have for proof? Emails between Unai and Olabe? Perhaps hidden camera footage?

Until Unai does a TikTok saying he wanted him then i'll believe that Garnacho was forced on him at gunpoint.

I heard that last time he played against us - Unai nicked his shirt - and has slept with it every night since

It's a bit concerning that - as mad as the Argentinian set up is - they thought this bloke is too much aggro.

Maybe The Mirror guy is a closet gooner, miffed they missed out on Morgan.

His starting premise (Garnacho is a replacement for Rogers) is all wrong. It's to replace Sancho, or Bailey. Then the article gets worse from there.

Cant say I'm much inspired by this arrival, but no more of a lightweight than those two wingers, and if the wastrel proves us wrong in claret & blue then will happily celebrate him.

Can he play against Chelsea?

Not if he's on loan
