I love all the doubt in us, all the definite opinions and certainty and Emery not giving a single fuck and making most look like twats.

I can't help but feel some people are confusing a young man getting a new job with profound tragedy. Go outside.

Yeah I don’t see how anyone can be definitive either way. He’s undoubtedly talented, whether he unlocks that here who knows.

There is overwhelming circumstantial evidence from 3 teams he has be associated with that he's a waster.

It's about time Unai's signings started dominating our starting 11, if everyone was fit 8 of the 11 v Freiburg were here before him. It was 7 because of Lindy being in for Booby.

The Mirror weren’t sitting on the fence were they

Hopefully we will be returning to that article in the same way we returned to those two smoggies talking about what a whopper we’d had in signing Rogers

Well two of those clubs are notorious basket cases. Also it seems to be being forgotten he was seen as the jewel in Manure’s crown - he fell out with them, but doesn’t mean he’s not talented. He might be a waster here, but Unai obviously doesn’t think so and on balance I’d trust his judgement over relying on not fitting at Manure or Chelsea being definite proof of it being his failures.

Emery reminds me of those chefs on Ready, Steady, Cook, who are given a random bag of ingredients and have to cook a meal.

Unai could go on the football equivalent, where someone empties out a sack of 20 random players, and Emery has to form a top side.

Ready, Steady, Qualify-for-Europe. Chas & Dave to host.

I hate that neck tattoo of his.

Welcome to the club. Work hard and don't be a twat.

If Unai was that good he'd be signing players from Walsall and Bromsgrove for 50p and turning them into 100m players.

I agree. We have the type of manager we dreamt of for decades, taking us to heights we haven't seen in 44 years and still people go on like this.

Mind, I had a look on a certain other forum and it's much worse.
