I'm guessing Guessand hasn't, or has only just, returned from his break. Ivory Coast were knocked out on 30th June, so three weeks off would have him back this week. So probably not ready to play in pre-season even if he is back at Bodymoor.

Yep, indeed. I'm not saying he will but if we aren't moving him on then we need to give it a go because it's a lot of money doing nothing otherwise.

Garnacho and Maatsen down the left certainly gives us some much needed pace, probably the fastest left side in the League. Not so sure of the defensive side of it though.
