If you watch the longer clip, I think this is what was said.

JM : Yippeeh aye aaaaahhhh, yippee aye oooohhhhh..
Emi : You seem happy for someone that's just lost a World Cup quarter-final.
JM : I'm moving to the most beautifully named football club in the world.
Emi : You going to Villa?
JM : Who else could I be talking about?
Emi : *smiles* I'll see you at the Portobello restaurant in Tamworth.

I thought that he was the one player that made an impact for them and not just in what aspect.  It seemed like he was popping up everywhere - blocking shots, feeding the front players as well as making opportunities for himself.  I hoped we would go back for him so an excited if this completes.

You know what, maybe he was very keen to come for a number of reasons but one of those could have been knowing Tielemans was on his bike and there's a nice shiny first team spot waiting for him here

Manzambi's thought process.

Let me think about it

Aston Villa ? Mmm
Premier League ✔️
Higher Wages✔️
Tonked us in Istanbul ✔️

He may also be a keen horse rider.

With Tielemans potentially going, I suspect we might look at him in that role as he played there a fair whack for Freiberg.

The most fouled player in the Bundeliga last year. He loves the ball at his feet and taking players on. I wonder if we’ve ever had a player like that?

🤔

Please make sure you post the updated article, 'Why Villa target Manzambi may not be suited to the Premier League'.

I doubt we would have had an article like that from Mashiter if he had just been directly linked to us rather then to a team with their own specific reporter.

He's currently got a knee injury, so he'll fit right in at BH.

Probably hasn't got a real knee injury, he had to make one up to get the contract.
