If we pull it off (and we can afford it) it will be a big coup for the club.

If this is the type of signing Olabe's going to be bringing home then let's have some more.

It's really going to lift the mood amongst the fan base (usual naysayers excluded).

Yep, I think it's just what we need, and helps counter a lot of the negativity that has seeped in again after a great end to the season.

Where will he play in our team, I know he played against us in the Final and was poor, so who will we eventually replace in our team?

Knowing Mr Emery, he probably won’t start a game for us until Christmas.

Our whole team was poor against Spurs apart from Emi and his super late header but I wouldn't put them all on the transfer list just yet.

These players seem to be moving once their teams eliminated. There were a couple last week. So u guess once England finish the tournament we’ll know one way or the other with Morgan.

If we're signing this fella for £49m I think we already know.

#SantsFC agree deal to sign Lewis Dobbin from #AVFC. 23yo will undergo a medical today ahead of a £9million move+add-ons. Southampton set to secure Dobbin's signing, despite interest from several Championship sides.

Some of Manzambi's fee recouped.

Assuming Emi isn't just making a wild punt, I wonder what the conversations that are happening are that means he knows anything about it?

He's been away with Argentina for over a month, is his agent sending him WhatsApps updating him on the club's transfer strategy? Are the club sending daily emails to all the players keeping them up to date? Is Emi great mates with Xhaka from their Arsenal time and Manzambi's been hitting him up for info about the club?
