Immediately thought of Brian Tiler, but he just about preceded Little.

Have we decided Ned is a premier league ready RB based on a pre season kick about at Walsall? Gosh, he must have been amazing.

Out of interest, did you watch the game?

He won’t be worse than Emerson Royal.

My post suggests I did not. And I did not.

It’s always good to see the Bescot at full capacity.

Maybe cut the smarm then, ay?

Disregarding the opposition, he was rapid, positional sense was great (offensively too), delivery was strong (did overhit one), isn't built like a child like he was two years ago and everything about him just looked top level. He pretty much ran the game from right back.

So yeah, he was pretty bloody good.

Probably makes sense to give him a run out to see what he can do before we make a final decision (ditto with some of the other youngsters), but who knows if Unai has made his mind up about him already. Would he count as home grown if kept on the books for another season?

We will have more taxing games to come before the league kicks off, so we will see how he gets on.

He only played six times on his Bundesliga loan last season, so not sure he’s there yet.

No offence to you, Mellin, I’m sure you are a super fan or something, but I see it as my god given right to be as smarmy as I like.

I am glad the kid did well. And the others too.
