Has anyone who got tickets from Villa tried to put them up for resale yet/return them?

I just called villa ticket office and they said that i will receive my ticket through the UEFA app 24hrs before the game

I will be there by then and am paranoid technology hates me - went on the UEFA app today and its just unusable

Should i panic? Young people please offer some confidence to an old fecker

Don’t worry it will be fine, I’ll be in the same boat but I’ll be panicking about flights and train journeys before I panic about the actual tickets.

I’m just glad I’ve got one through the club this time, for Istanbul I had to use a burner phone that had never used the UEFA app before, and then sign in with a username the guy gave me, who I was paying through the nose for the ticket for, but it all worked out in the end.

I'm pretty sure UEFA have some sort of rule where if one team has bought a player from the other before the final, all prize money goes to the UEFA Fat Cat Luncheon Fund.

Is it a bit mad we're playing a friendly in the Far East five days before this? Probably been mentioned before but just hit home looking at fixtures. I know the Super Cup is a glorified friendly but it's a level above the usual kickabouts.

PSG took it seriously enough to put out a full strength team last year. If you look at the full strength teams Pep and Ancelotti and Zidane have fielded in this fixture its a very big deal and can only increase the profile of the club. I hope we take it very seriously. A win will put us in a very exclusive club of winners who have won twice or more.

PSG WC boys (more or less entire euro squad) don't return to training till 3 August so I doubt it if any will be anywhere near match ready.
