From what I've read, if successful you get the opportunity to buy...if you choose not to, your allotted tickets go back into the mix for other applications.  I hope that's right anyway.

They have a resale portal, yeah. Though I am not sure if you get all the money back. I think I saw somewhere you get charged a percentage to return them, but not sure.

7,000 (us) + 7,000 (PSG) + 9,000 (neutral) leaves 5,500 for UEFA cronies and sponsors many of which will no doubt be on resale sites.  Do we think we'll sell out our 7k allocation?

I had an issue with the website telling me there was something suspicious and a bot had been detected and I couldn't apply. I waited a bit and tried again on my phone instead of the PC and it worked.

Deleted and rejoined and it worked ok
