The Norwegian lot seem a decent bunch too. Their fans are having the best of times also. I’ll raise a glass to Ronny Johnson later.

Uh-oh, they've got a drum out now.

Neymar giving it the big I am to Nyland after the pen. Whoopy-do, you scored a consolation penalty.

Really glad Brazil are out. Not the Brazil many of us grew up with full of flair and joy. This one is bitter and entitled. So many disagreeable twats amongst them.

Yeah, that’s the first game I’ve been really invested in at this World Cup, because of exactly that.

Brazils knock-out record against European teams since 2002: played seven, lost seven.

I think it must be 6 as there haven't been 7 world cups.

Brazil - great shirt, terrible team - Casemiro = pedestrian, Neymar =never been a team player, good player but nothing more, Cunha = thankfully didn’t see the twatty surfboard celebration, the diving arse

They've over the years turned themselves into a bang average European side. Certainly the worst Brazilian side in my lifetime.

England with a bye now to the semis. Paint the roundabounds, it's coming home!
Mexico might have something to say about that!  ;)

They also lost in the third place play-off in 2014.

I’m old enough to remember a very agricultural team in 1974 who were ripped apart by Holland but this lot are close.

How do the Portuguese see Brazil? Friendly cousins or arrogant twats who need to be brought down a peg?
