According to the BBC, apparently they are contemplating bringing the England game forward to earlier on Sunday due to potential storms.

Obviously not in the UK, because it's on the BBC, but if I were cynical (which of course I'm not) I might suggest that advertising revenues for European countries taking the game would be worth way more than for a game televised early in the morning. Not that FIFA is driven by money of course.
