I was going to make an Alan Partridge reference and then realised this entire conversation started as an Alan Partridge reference. Was always likely to be at least a 50% chance, tbf.

Toblerone lost me when they removed about 40% of the bar without changing prices.

Worse than shrinkflation.

Disgusting.

Poundland do Twin Peaks bars. Taste the same for a 3rd of the price.

I love a Toblerone, the giant ones are majestic.

I saw an enormous one in Sainsbury's the other day. It was 4.5kg!

£80 or £45 with Nectar card..

Surely at that point they start becoming impractical? I already feel the quite-big Toblerones are about as big as you’d want them really - 1 triangle with lunch or 2 triangles to replace (I’d guess) half a big ~100g bar.

But them, they’re going to be whoppers right - must be about 400g per triangle? (Fairly sure they all go <(blank) T O B L E R O N E (blank)>, so 11 triangles.)

Also disappointed at the lack of love for toffees. Toffee is fucking ace.

I do like the Mini mixed Toblerones,  however really ridiculously priced in airports

You can beat someone to death with the giant one, and then eat the evidence.

Similar to the prison guard that was stabbed with an icicle in ‘Bad Girls’
No evidence of a weapon, just a puddle

My take from recent posts is that word Toblerone will be splashed across the chest on our shirts next season.

Remember when a new shirt announcement was pretty much "new home shirt now on sale at the club shop" and now it's

Quote
The 2026/27 home shirt sees the return of trinity amber in the rounded, white cut-away collar and on the outside of white-trimmed sleeves...

It's fine but fails to mention about the badge being printed upside down and it falling apart after two 30 degree washes.

Was reading the other day that Umbro are now owned by Castore and have the same quality control issues.
