It is quiet obvioust that any "colour difference" is because one is more see through then the other.
More likely the fast buggers have kept the pro ones by the window for too long and they’ve faded a bit. There’s a shop round us that has an ancient scalextric set in the window and the box on that’s done the same.

Went to the club shop around 1pm today. It was doing a roaring trade, people didn’t seem to be put off by the colour, price or lack of sponsor on the new shirt.
