It's the best draw they could have got, it was either them or Fenerbahçe. It does mean they would be unseeded if they do get through, though, so chances of getting through two rounds would be very slim.

Realistically, I think they need to win a qualifying round to be sure of at least Conference League Group Stage football.

Yeah I can easily see them losing three ties and having no league stage football. Rangers could lose two and get nowt. We can but hope.
