Just as an aside, during the Spurs game, they announced the attendance during the second half which I thought was a welcome return to the days when they did that all the time.

I haven't heard it done since then unless I've missed it.

It used to appear in the match thread; PWS would post it and it was very helpful for early GTC scores!

They stopped announcing it for a while and didn’t tell anybody the attendance for weeks, at one point! I seem to remember this emerged as an issue a couple of seasons ago.

Think it had something to do with the FA not needing the final figure as promptly, iirc.
