Oh that’s just email confirmation, it should be sent to your email when you enter it into the app.

Check your spam. If not, can you log out and retry or go back and re-enter your email address?

It comes on its own email, with the registration code in the email subject.

Thanks for your advice. Helpful to know that will be the email subject. However,  I've done all that. I'll keep contacting them till it arrives.

You just need to use the same email address logging into the UEFA app that you used to buy the tickets with.

It was doing my head in, then checked Junk and they'd sent it about 10 times!!!!

It was the same for me Luffbra. Eventually the emails arrived in spam   I say emails as every time I had clicked. And swore at the screen I think that triggered a resend code email which eventually arrived in my spam
Folder. Good luck mate.

PS I think it was the swearing that was the key

Has anyone ever used Live Football Tickets? Just wondering what they’re like as I’m considering all options. Nothing happening for me on the UEFA resale site.

I got mine in Group 1 and can see my ticket in the app. Asks if I want to Keep it which I will say yes. My lad then got his and my mates tickets in group 2. Yet to login on his phone as he just got a new one today. Can he keep both those tickets on his or does he have to transfer one to my mate?

He can keep both or transfer one as required. I would suggest transferring one though so only one ticket needs sorting if the phone is damaged / lost.
