@john2710 tell him to enter the access code and keep refreshing if he gets a code doesnt work or sold out. A ticket should eventually become available. Good luck!

I’m sorted. Ticket is expensive but I guess that’s because I’ll be in one the other locations not allocated to Villa or Freiburg. I’ll be going with friends too who have organised everything. It will be an expensive few days but I’d have hated to have mossed it. I see it as very much worth it as my Euro adventures since the late 90s have been few. Just win it Villa!

Didn't realise they were sending out codes today, so didn't bother looking at emails my lad WhatsApp me about his friend getting one, but didn't read it till later, checked the email and there it is, got on the UEFA site straight away and imput the code but wouldn't take for some reason with minutes to go,I thought it was my fault so with the 5 o'clock deadline I give up and went to pick up my partner, while driving and stuck in traffic I decided to imput the code again, and guess what it accepted it but I was to late,I  can't tell my son and I will have to take the secret to the grave should have added I got the days mixed up and forgotten Wednesday was my day

I'm not blaming anyone because I don't know who's responsible, people will have missed out through no fault of their own but a paucity of information.

Keep trying. You have done the hard part. Can’t imagine they gave out more codes than tix, just whether they truly cut off.
Loads seem to have got them this pm.

Congratulations to all supporters who obtained tickets through Routes 1 and 2 and then for those who were successful via the route 3 ballot; huge commiserations to fans who were unsuccessful in the ballot.
I have had  season ticket for 39 years but with the final venue having such a small capacity (unlike last season 50,000 venue in Bilbao) it was always known that getting a ticket from Villa would be a huge challenge
I attended 5 of the 7 home UEFA games but I was out of thr country for the Lille and Bologna (QF) games.
Villa, as with all clubs are now desperate to get bums on seats for all games, even those less attractive fixtures in order to boost turnover figures and even season ticket holders will miss some games given the ongoing meddling with the fixture list by Sky and the other offenders. The huge number of games being moved to Sunday's due to the Thursday fixtures being a sad reality for participation in the Uefa / Europa leagues.
We did of course know this before we renewed out season tickets n memberships.
I have been fortunate to see Villa about a dozen times over in Europe (including the Anderlecht and Bayern games.
I am not going to Istanbul but for those who travel over, have  great time and good luck

Managed to get 3 for our group after a mad panic, numerous phone calls trying to coordinate, and completely binning off any work for the afternoon. I'm absolutely buzzing. Must've sold out very quickly because another of our group had his code but everything kept saying sold out when he tried very shortly after us. I've told him to keep trying.

So given I bought all 3, I need to get my friends to download the uefa app then allocate them a ticket when they become available? Sounds straightforward but I'm sure I can find a way to balls it up and go from hero to zero

The main ire should be aimed at UEFA, not because they chose this stadium but that wherever they hold a final half the tickets don't go to the clubs. Arsenal, 67k capacity final venue, allocation less than 17k, with tickets in their allocation costing not much lower than some on here are paying on resale sites.

Been bidding on extortionate tickets on Tic Combo today… and then at 15.31 I got an email from Villa… access code and fans first ticket!

If, ahem, we do win, is there a likely date for the parade in Brum? Just trying to see if I could get off work and come up for the day.

It’s likely to be in Lichfield or somewhere in the Cotswolds I would think given most of us live in the shires and we can’t drink in Birmingham.

Edit. Congratulations on all who got a late code and have now got tickets, you all must be absolutely buzzing.
