Need to find a better boozer to watch the Villa down south. There were a couple of tables of Villa fans but despite a nice array of Villa shirts including the yellow away '92 one, they were a pretty meek bunch. Felt a bit of a freak hollering and roaring on me todd. Some of them got into the spirit of it at 3-0 but no one knew the McGinn chant...

Oh well, at least we made it onto the BBCNews At Ten as a headline story!

where you watching the Final? I'm in Surrey near Guildford and looking for  fellow Villains to watch with. Contacted Surrey Villans and got no response.

Not sure...if Villa show it on big screens at Villa Park and don't charge stupid money, I'll be tempted to head up and take a bit of time off work. Otherwise, maybe in London at that spot where Villa fans congregate - the small bar in Elephant & Castle.

Does anybody else live within the vicinity of the Towers pub? I can still hear Villa fans singing and it sounds like too many to just be in a back garden.

Just home. Exhausted but my god what a night,  one of the best. This team can take you from utter misery to sheer bliss in a few days.  Now for Istanbal...

It all clicked, and when the Villa Park crowd and team are in sync and up for it as of last night we can beat any team in World football.

I almost felt sorry for Forest, they didn’t stand a chance.

Simply awesome.

I dont half wish they ditch the tannoy music after results like this. Another positive mind, no drum

That'll be the emails myself and CL sent. Hands across the political spectrum for the Greater Good.
Too true Comrade.
