When we were losing 3-0 at Wigan or something in the Championship and you were wondering why you bothered, THIS is why you bother. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. What a time to be alive. You did us proud lads, fantastic.

We were unstoppable...

I've already forgiven Sunday's pathetic effort, clearly all part of the plan.

Sometimes, not often enough, but I dunno, some times, you see us play and think there's not a team around we wouldn't have beaten on the night.

One of those nights.

Outstanding. Torres amazing, SJM is the true King of that ground (sorry Wills). Sunday was now completely justified.

Play anything like that on Sunday and thats CL sorted and we can plan for the final.

BOTTLERS NO MORE!!!

Couldn't watch from the start - by choice. Mentally prepared for the worst.

Held out until about 9.40pm and at that stage just wanted to get it over with.

2-0 was nice -and unexpected - when I tuned in. 3-0 - It's us. perfectly capable of messing it up from here and conceding two saft goals. Don't get too carried away.

4-0 - OK, we might actually do this.

Emery I doubted you. I'm sorry.

Yep and to Andy Reid, Villa had a couple of key players out too. This was one of those perfect nights.

Good shout from Hendrie in the post-match thing, talking about how Lindelof made it easier for the CBs to boss things. Very good call from Emery there.

Absolutely brilliant Villa, everyone did a superb job, but a special mention to SJM, unbelievable performance.
