Aston Villa v Tottenham - Sunday 7pm
« on: April 30, 2026, 10:58:33 PM »
After two incredibly lacklustre away losses without even bothering the scoreboard operator, we need a morale boosting win versus Tottenham. While I want them to go down and a win helps to that end, but this needs to be all about us. A big Villa Park crowd, under the lights, a few goals for our boys will do us the world of good and set us up for what we all hope is a storming second leg versus Forest. A win on Sunday and CL football is all but guaranteed.

I'll go 3-1 Villa. Ollie, McGinn, Rogers.

This is what we want!

I’m with TV; 3-1 on Sunday, then 3-0 on the Thursday night, 3-1 on agg to the Mighty Villa and onwards & upwards to infinity and beyond! 👍

Can't agree with this at all. We'll batter Spurs. It'll be 3-0 on Sunday, then 3-1 on the Thursday night as we go through 3-2 on aggregate.

We really need to target this game.

Also given our current situation the pragmatic thing is to attack to get us kicked out of started before the Forest game. Attacking Spurs is what Spurs will fear.
