Barkley is fine for another year. He almost always brings value. Digne probably the same, but if the chance is there on either it should be taken. Attacking width needs complete reform. Bogarde isn't good enough.

Torres I'd contest rationally before the fanboys rock up. He brings a lot of value. Does have glaring weaknesses though. Surprised he was up against Jimenez, because that isn't the first time he's done that to him.

Despite looking blunt today we actually had 4 guilt edged chances and failed to hit the target with any of them (Rogers, Watkins 2 and Tammy).  Any one of them taken would have changed the game.  Im expecting Unai to give them extra shooting practice before Thursday!

Our xG was shite too.

Good news, that's our season over (according to the naysayers), so we can get on with those days jobs we've been postponing for the last few weeks.

I know we have won on the two previous visits there, but whenever I go to Fulham, we turn in an insipid or poor performance.

It wasn't as if we were ever under the cosh from them, but they harried us quite well and defended with relative ease. However it was all aided by our wayward passing and sluggish play.

If we play like that for the rest of the season, it could all end in huge disappointment.

Really disappointing performance as we could have pretty much sewn up the CL today and concentrated fully on the semi final. I can't help feeling that there were a few of them saving themselves for that game.  Several players well below par. Fulham worked really hard to close us down and we didn't have any answers to it.  Not sure how Rogers missed that first half chance after dolng all the hard work, other than that, he was poor too.  If the answer is to bring on Bailey and Sancho, we are in trouble.  Cash, Torres and especially Buendia were very poor.  Fucking hate losing.

Half arsed infuriating performance, which felt like everyone involved had one eye on the semi final. Tielemans and laterally Dougie, showed something like desire, for everyone else it looked like the season was done.
I find it hard to get as angry with Sancho and Bailey as some when everyone else was shit. Saying that Bailey’s half arsed no look punt to no in the box towards the end was dreadful, and Unai had a ‘your done son’ look on his face.
It’ll either be the start of a wobble that does our season, or the rocket we need to step up at Forest and then against spurs

Annoying as if we had won today it would be CL for sure - even a point would have been helpful. 

Really disapointing performance - our midfield particularly Bogarde struggled.  We too reliant on Watkins, McGinn and Rogers.  Little Emi has done well but the rest of the attacking options have been unacceptably poor this season. 

Hopefully it won’t hurt us too much - just need one more win and I think we’ll be there.  More frustrated that we seemed to have clicked a bit but we’re over achieving that’s to Unai, and trust us to get the business done

The pundits on NBC Sports described it exactly as I saw it - looked like a team operating at 70% because they all have one eye on Thursday. Not great, but not season defining either. We will beat Spurs and/or Burnley (and so qualify for CL) and the semi-final is big

Sluggish performance we bring on two wide men to inject some pace succeeded in playing the ball backwards? This team team seems devoid of an ability to play defence splitting passes, if Tielemans is off nobody can provide an alternative creative pass.

Not the first time we’ve seen that sluggish, playing within ourselves performance. We were incredibly flat given what was at stake.

If we put in a performance like that because of Thursday then by extension, we could/should be just as shit against spurs.
If that follows a poor result at Forest it could be a very, very twitchy sphincter time for the remaining games.

That was a pretty bland perfume but once again poor finishing did for us. Ollie should of slotted his chance in the first half. Rogers should of scored after doing brilliantly and Tammy should of scored after some great footwork.We don't score enough goals. Our goal difference is the lowest in the top five and we have scored in the least goals in the top nine teams.

We created some good chances to win the game. We weren’t clinical enough at all. But it’s the periods in between where we were too slow and careless that’s been a part of our game all season. Today combined it hurt us.
