Re: their chairman, I actually work for Saputo - he's a bit of the black sheep of the family who took him money out and bought a football team or three! Grandfather went over to Canada from Sicily and established a business that became very profitable very quickly - make of that what you will! The other Grandson is the chairman and it's the biggest dairy company in North America. Odd seeing Bologna warm up with Catherdral City (UK's biggest cheddar brand) emblazoned on their shirts - they bought us out 7 years ago.
