If we signed Jackson for say £50m & that was considered market value, how would this then cause an issue? Granted, UEFA would then consider it combined with the Rogers deal.

He was signed for £32m in 2023 & had a loan fee of £14m for his year at Bayern. If we were paying £30m it would be dubious but £50m seems about right
