Garner kicked us all over the park when we lost to them at home. I’d love him here

Should have gone for a pull on Rogers at the edge of the box if memory serves. Can he play as well as foul?

Correct, except it was a push.

Skillset and spirit of SJM, which will need replacing eventually. Would cancel the need for RB cover too.

Yep, this would be disastrous. We must keep hold of Konsa. He has to be the best centre half in the league.

Definitely, that would be a brilliant signing.

Don't think he's as mobile or good a ball-carrier as McGinn but he's a good passer, versatile, strong and has great delivery from set pieces. I'd like him. Probably depends on whether there's a CL release clause in his new contract, which was signed in January before the market went bonkers, so mightn't be as crazy as one might think.

Arsenal transfer "logic"

Morgan Rogers - 24 next week - excellent resale potential  31 in 125 for Villa; 22 caps 1 goal.  £80m and not a penny more!

Bruno Guimaraes - 29 in Nov. Limited resale value. 31 goals in 195 for Toon; 48 caps, 3 goals. Let's throw £70m at him.

£80m for Rogers and £35m for Konsa. They're either on a wind up or very, very thick.

To be fair they are struggling in centre mid. Zubimendi, Rice, Merino, Odegaard, Norgard and Nwanieiri.

I didn’t realise Bruno is 29. I thought he was still young.

Jeeze, he is young. What am I doing saying he’s old at 29!

Once we have paraded the euro trophy around the stadium at first home game I hope we have a few little ditties about them being skint pricks
