There's one player who despite hoping he has both legs broken would do a job in replacing Onana for a season, he had a good season in 2025/26, probably his team's best player loved by the fans but the loan ended and the option to buy not taken. Absolute scumbag but much depends on who you support.

Whilst his club want to sell him I've not seen  or read of any offers, not that Ive been looking. He's a c**t but could certainly do a job, I give you Bayern's (spit) Palhinha.

I feel dirty even suggesting him but if it wasn't for the Bouba assault he would be an obvious choice. Prem tested too.

he can certainly play the Wanker , but if he signed he would be our wanker see Martinez for references

Yep, I'd be fine with that.

Him and Bentancur are a pair of grotty, snidey, skinny cvnts but yeah, at least they wouldn't look like they have the fear of God in them like Lamare.

Problem is Bayern want to sell and are asking €25m which for now removes any chance of a loan. Too expensive for Sporting and linked to a couple of Italian clubs (Juventus who are linked with every player in Europe and maybe Milan). Some trading would obviously need to be done and then there's the wages which won't be cheap. Bayern paid €51m for him two years ago and will be lucky to see even half of that. He's 31 tomorrow which surprised me as he's fit as a butchers dog but not enough to want to splash the €25m cash. It's one to keep an eye on as that fee won't be met given his age.

Hope he has a really shit birthday.

Could be light in midfield if we loose him. Releasing Doug back into the wild and  Kamara coming back from a serious injury, coupled with Onana being crocked, it looks a mad decision to be selling him. Barkley looked good in the latter part of the season when he was called upon.

Palhinha would be a good replacement for Onana for a season so preferably a loan or if it has to be a sale £10 to £15m tops. I would find it very hard to warm to him though. Maybe a few unpunished, crunching tackles on Spurs players would win me over.

I do wonder what Bouba would think if we were to get him and expect him to play along side him.
