Buendia is a good impact player from the bench. He shouldn’t be starting as often as he does.

Been horrific so far

Why is there a trawler net in front of the Villa fans when it's the Lille fans lobbing stuff at our corners.

I know this has been done to death but the "ultras" culture in Europe is such bullshit. That prick bellowing away on his loudspeaker with no connection to what's happening in the game and imagine being behind one of those sodding flags. Bunch of losers.

Yeah, the wankers stand with their shirt off, back to the pitch, screaming into the mic...

Twats.

Buendia and Sancho. Neither offering anything.
On a positive note. It’s Dougies best game since he came back and Onana looks interested tonight.

Camera pans to stereotypical moody Frenchman talking on his phone.

Don't think Sancho has been too bad. Avoids anything resembling a physical contest but his touch is sure. Watkins and Buendia have been atrocious.

Torres/Luiz starting to get us playing.

If they didn’t have it they would be sat in their bedrooms rolling small bits of Plasticine.
