If the club really care about the supporters, some who spend fortunes month-on-month following them, then it shouldn't be too much to ask for Unai plus some other senior bodies to respond to legitimate concerns like these.
From my perspective I could have a guess at a couple of answers and with the rest I'm totally clueless.
