when does the ball release from the Rogers to Watkins , do they check that

What about the 5cm allowance?

That rule was only brought in to help Liverpool out in that one game, and has since swiftly been forgotten until the next time one of the Sky 6 needs it.

The buendia one summed him up perfectly, did really well winning it back, got himself a bit of time and space and then tried to play an impossible pass.
